Disgraceful. Important package with documents given to China Post on July 8 who got it to EMS at Guangzhou airport the next day. I thought it would get to the UK a couple of days later. That was 6 weeks ago! Now it’s completely disappeared and no further tracking available. It’s caused me so much distress as I now cannot collect a container full of my goods from the UK shipping port. I didn’t want to give them even 1 star here but couldn’t progress without it. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Terribly slow. 5 weeks from Japan to Netherlands.
stayed 4 weeks somewhere in the Netherlands. No customer support. phonenumber closed.
Almost slower then by ship.
Happened now a few times. Will never use them again.

Sorry to share that EMS very bad service 28th May 2021 booked pkt with orange walk post office of Belize (Central America ) for India. Till today post office only reply we are looking for it. Post office staff very ignorant. I have been told by post office to put claim I have to go main branch of post office. To claim $200. I have spent $80/- gas plus whole day. That is also not sure I’ll claim on same day or not. Please don’t go for EMS

They continue to ask got money for a insurance and deposit on an item worth $150 before it’s released of hold they want$1000 dollars before it is released ! They are shady and lie and continue to use threats to get the money,

I am so dismayed to read the other reviews, but if misery loves company, we are buoying each other. I ordered two items from a company that says their headquarters were in Idaho. Come to find out, they are in China. I didn't know that until I placed my order. I was charged over $100 for my items immediately and then was shipped the wrong item after waiting for over a month to receive it. I contacted the company and they said they would ship my items again for no extra charge, and they picked EMS. I tracked the packages and according to the info online, my items are having a joyride throughout my town for the past 5 days! Status: Out of Delivery (their broken English). This service is awful. My original purchase was nearly 3 months ago and the company I purchased from is not responding to my inquiries. I feel they used EMS because they knew they could scam people.

Wish I could give this one star. I had someone from Facebook want to buy a couch from me, and they said they would use this service to send me the $200 for it, and then they could ship the couch to them. I gave them my address unknowingly but then the company contacted me asking for a $100 insurance fee. I’ve tried with both the company and the person to cancel the entire transaction but both are refusing. The company is now saying the will take Legal Action against me if I don’t pay? It’s a scam. From what I’ve read from other reviews they eventually leave you alone, so I’ll just wait it out. Thank god I didn’t give them my legal name or even my current home address though.

I have been looking forward to receiving my parcel from the China manufacturer. The delivery man from EMS currier did not drop by to my address but rather delivered my parcel to somebody’s address and did not provide information that my parcel is received by mr so and so. This is unacceptable. Very poor service. You need to train your delivery man to locate and deliver the parcel to the right person and address. Fortunately, the person who received my parcel is a good man and felt sorry delivering my parcel and left his shop unattended. If only I could give you no star I will do it. Shout at to the delivery man - please do your job properly. 😒

Don’t use this service! An Important document was sent and stock somewhere! Nobody can answer where is my package?!

I paid NZ$40 to ship an item through Ali express using EMS as I expected it to ship fast. They claimed 7-10 days and it is now over three weeks and the item is not showing up in tracking like it is lost somewhere. Shocking service... don't use EMS - very expensive and no use

This company has extorted me. They will not release my shipment unless I pay them $424 so they can "investigate" to determine if it is an illicit purchase. I will be reporting them to literally everyone.

Uh oh! I should have searched first and read these reviews about EMS before I made an online purchase from Aliexpress. I ordered an item worth around P3k on January 30, 2021. February 8, Aliexpress said the item was shipped. Now exactly a month after it was shipped, I still don't know where the item is. There is a tracking number, but there is no tracking information at all.

Stay away from EMS !!!
This is the worst company ever !!!
Tracking is never updated, parcels are stucked somewhere forever, or even stolen by the agents...
More than two month, and the only indication i can get is : "on transit".
And these informations are even not possible to find on EMS "official" tracking, but on independant sites... Because on the "official" page, you have absolutly no informations, no update, and no way to contact them !!!
Prefer DHL, they are serious in the job, not just taking your Money for nothing !

The worst ever.
But what to say, it seems 90% has the same experience. Just do a charge back on your credit card, because waiting for Aliexpres (Alibaba) will surpass the time you can perform a charge back.

Mostly feel sorry that my wife didn't get her Christmas present in time.

THE TRACKING CODE IS NOT UPDATING THE PACKAGE IS FOREVER SOMEWHERE IN GUANGZHOU MY PACKAGES NEED TO ARRIVE IN THE NETHERLANDS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE YOU PAY SO MUCH EXTRA SHIPPING THINKING THAT THIS IS AN GOOD METHOD JESUS MAN IT EVEN SAID 4-7 WORKING DAYS, AND NOW ITS TURNING INTO ????

THERE IS NO MOVEMENT IT REALLY FEELS LIKE A SCAM SOMEONE NEEDS TO SOLVE THIS. I NEED MY TWO PACKAGES TO BE PICKED UP AND ARRIVE NEXT WEEK BADLY. THIS IS SO PAINFULL MAN I SHOULD HAVE JUST WENT WITH DHL OR FEDEX.

Ems services is the worst service l have ever seen, my parcel was sent September last year 2020 to UK which I just received 15th of January 2021
After 4 months and my parcel got damaged and pieces
I will never again use this service again or introduce this company to anyone else.
I am so very furious right now 😫

People obviously don't understand EMS. EMS does not ship parcel itself. It is just a name for service where actual parcel is handled by many individual different companies/couriers in each country it travels thru. Despite it is called ,,express,, China to UK for example takes 30-60 days to arrive as standard. Sometimes you can be lucky and get in in 14 days. It basically works as: Your parcel will arrive to final export point in original country, and then shipping company is waiting for sufficient amount of any other mail going to same destination country to send plane with your parcel and rest of the parcels collected. It does not work as DHL for example where they will load your parcel on first available plane. hope this helps

My family used EMS to send me some items in the Uk for the past 3 months now and I still haven’t received my items. Everytime we call , they say they’ve been shipped out to the UK. Even the tracking number shows that they’ve been exported and it’s been showing that for the last 3 months. How long does it take to send items from one country to another??!!!

I ordered my packages on the 08/12/2020 and on the tracker it states my package has been shipped out of Japan and it was on its way to the UK so I wait and wait then I got a message back from parcel force and they inform me that the container with my package in it was last scanned on the 18/12/2020 and at this point the package is still in Japan so how has my package been shipped out on the 12th if its not even left Japan please let me know whats going on I run a youtube channel and I need my package for content on my channel its really delaying my videos so please let me know what's going on thanks

The package has been sent a month ago, A MONTH. No information up until the point they've mentioned something about German customs and that it has been there for at least 2 weeks. Why there is no information update? Now we are going through a long process of sending requests for search and long period of waiting

Now I'm left without Christmas presents for my family. And the worse thing is that there is no other delivery service that I can use, as the rest are quite pricey for a student's pocket
