I am surprised EMS has 1.4 stars, How can a company suck so bad and still be in business?

My story below, after leaving London the package has vanished. It has been 45 days and the package is no where near Manila, Philippines, I was promised 9-16 days delivery time. SMDH

I have a parcel frm JAPAN to PHILIPPINES DAVAO. parcel send last nov 16 and tracking said last nov 20 arrived in MANILA and at the same date DEPART from MANILA to DAVAO. but until now No more updates from the tracker and still no Parcel arriving in my house. Very disappoited. STOP using this service.

Package left china almost 2 weeks ago, still havent updated at all within the "7 days maximum"

Never use EMS, you could use economy boat shipping with the same result..

Ordered a package from inside the US, just to go from coast to coast. It only took 3 days for it to arrive in the area, and within that time, They had messaged me through their website stating that they needed a $720 insurance fee to send my package. Next, they tell me i need an ambassador stamp to clear customs, which would cost $512. I was gullible enough to pay both fees before they told me that now i have to pay $1000 dollars because my package was seized by customs, the fee which was to pay the lawyers to retrieve it. That one i refused to pay because at that point its a lost cause. They stated multiple times that there are no more fees, no hidden agenda, and that my package would be on the way, and that i would be reimbursed for the payments I had made. Even when asked if i could get my money back for the other "fees", they refused. I would STRONGLY SUGGEST STAYING AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Never waste your money and time on this.Zero and zero!!!

I'm not convinced they are even real. Just a website for scammers to use. My package was lost AT MY MAILBOX. They said it was deliver and given to the individual, but it wasn't. No one has seen it. The shipper (slowarn, another scammer) supposedly sent a replacement. Tracking shows it made it all the way to my state then they said the shipper lost it. Shipper sent a third time (big red flag). Made it to my state again then the shipper said they returned it to them and they didn't know why. In my opinion they are scammers helping scammers.

WORST SERVICE EVER.
We were sending some goods from CHINA to NZ via EMS. After 2 weeks, the tracking system ( which is appalling ) showed no progress so we decided to call them. Their explanation was already on the plane and has arrived in NZ. I rang NZ post and they said the system showed the parcels were still in China. We kept calling everyday and spoke to the Manager to find out more about these shipments. We were getting the same feedback everyday and they decided to show us a screenshot to prove it has left China. We looked at the screenshot there was no date shown and say nothing about it has left. All I can see was the tracking numbers. We continued to call them everyday till the 5th Weeks and the answer was they were still sitting in China. We were completely shocked with LIES they gave us for that 3 weeks we been chasing. 2 days ago we been promised they will be arriving NZ this week but still there is no sign of anything. Another LIE! and we still waiting for the miracle to happen!

They should not LIE. DO NOT USE THEM.

STAY AWAY from ems egypt, the worst company ever, so much Anxiety because of misbehaving, 2 months delay for EXPRESS shipping, totally bad, save your mind and use reliable delivery services.

Terrible terrible service...stay away from EMS!!! It doesn’t matter how much you pay, your packages won’t be received or delivered. What’s the point of operating.

I have a package from Japan but until now I didn’t receive my parcel. But the EMS tracker shows my package is in my country since las mos. And i don’t understand why they didn’t deliver it yet... Damn! I hate this courier do not waste money for this courier!!! Express delivery but the truth issss noooo nooo noooo.. Do not do this to ur customers because we are paying the right fee for our parcels.. We have a high expectation in this courier but sad to say this is very wrong..

Super Urgent, sent by EMS priority express, has been 3 weeks and still show package still in Guangzhou where we dropped off.

Terrible service, been about a month for 2 packages, only one was recently delivered. I had two packages delivered today, one was almost completely crushed. The second package turned out alright until I notice the plastic of some of my items melted and shrink inward. Seriously, what the heck are they doing with my packages?

DO not use bkacentsory.com !!! They use this EMS also and like so many others they have fake tracking until it gets out for delivery then BAM it gets lost contact seller. Then they tell you they will resend it and BAM lost again .The whole thing is a SCAM

Honestly have nothing against EMS but I think the delivery time estimate should be longer. States 2-3 days and it's been a week for a letter to arrive to charge me customs. I'd normally pick a cheaper postage route but with bad times you want to have the tracking, I'd get charged customs no matter what but next time I'd go for DHL a bit more expensive but since it depends on weight the price can vary and when it hits the UK at least you can pay online and not wait for a letter.
That can be put on parcel force since it took them 2 days to decide how much to charge me. But at the same time on the third day of using EMS it was in the air from Japan, 3 days to get in the air when it should be near my house. This has happened each time. Can't blame that on parcel force. How about 3-5 days.
Advice to EMS, state the delivery dates to be a bit longer. Advice to Parcel Force, make paying online without having to wait for a letter available.

Bad service ever, it stated express and can recieve within 4 to 7 days, my parcel is sent from JB, Malaysia to Singapore, but until today, after 3 weeks plus, I am still haven't get my parcel, I have paid so much, but bad service ever!

Price about the same as DHL but service difference is not even Heaven and earth difference but Heaven and HELL. Often delay up to 1.5 months. I have a parcel to USA, already travelled 1 month but still haven't left China. Don't use them, just use DHL if you want to be on time, use them if you want to be frustrated.

Ordered from GRAPEGAR.TOP and COLDQUAR.TOP, they shared a url for Ems.delivery and tracking numbers.

First the tracking numbers seemed to be updating and it said “delivered” after 40 days from order but I didn’t receive anything.

I contacted them and they mentioned it got lost so will send me another one, and provided another tracking number... now, the Ems.delivery website does not work.

I filed dispute through my credit card company and was able to get the money back but beware, these two stores are SCAM. I found out on reddit there were others who paid and didn’t get their items.

COATIEN.COM also using this EMS.DELIVERY fake website. First my order was delivered a 4.00 facemasks package. Then they said they would reship... then never showed up... they say maybe your neighbor got it... No shipping info. Tracking still showed in china but representative said they have it as delivered... They said reshipped again... Provide tracking and the tracking shows preparing to ship.. Next day the website cannot connect to DNS and finds no IP address for EMS.DELIVERY ----- BIG CHINESE SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT ORDER FROM COATIEN.COM (WISH.COM does deliver) but these other companies are sanctioned chinese thieves.

They are a scam just like the company you ordered from. The upload and then update so you think your package is coming. Right before it is supposed to come, they lose it. Do not trust them or the company you ordered from.
