The website was user friendly

The website was user friendly, delivery quick and the shoes excellent quality. Unfortunately, much too narrow for my feet. I usually take a D width. These were more like a B.

I have worn Allbirds Woolrunners for…

I have worn Allbirds Woolrunners for years. They were the only shoes that worked for me, I loved them. I can no longer get the original woolrunners which was very frustrating. I found the EMU brand and decided to give them a try. Boy am I glad I did!! I love the shoes. IThey are the perfect shoe if you were a wool runner fan and can no longer get them! Thank you EMU ! You have made me very happy!!!!

Great new slippers.

My new slippers were delivered on time as advised without a hitch. This is my fourth pair of Platinum Ashford slippers. I can't fault the quality or comfort.

Gravelly boots

Importantly waterproof boots with the comfort of warm soft lining making feet feel very cozy. Zipper sides make them feel more structured.

HAD TORETURN AND REQUESTED A REFUND. STAFF WERE EXCELLENT. JUST WAITING ON MY REFUND TO BE PAID. SUCH A SHAME YOU CAN NOT EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE WHEN THE STYLE YOU GET IT NOT SUITABLE. HOPEFULLY I DONT HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THE ITEM AS I USED THE RETURN LABEL FROM EMU. WILL GET SOMETHING ELSE WHEN MY REFUND IS PAID BACK TO ME.

Great products

I bought two pairs of Platinum slippers before last winter. They are the warmest, most comfortable slippers I've ever worn. I had some queries, and I received prompt, informative responses to my emails. Terrific product, terrific Aussie business, terrific people to deal with.
