Helen Emery at the concierge desk at The Waterside Apartments in Nottingham is always extremely helpful, patient and on hand for any urgent tasks. Always happy and great sense of humour too, and can be fully trusted. We are delighted to have her, long may it continue.

I have been living on the Badersfield estate for around 3 years and the work that our ground maintenance staff (James & Cheyenne) put into keeping the estate looking immaculate never ceases to amaze me. They are out in all weathers and are always very approachable. They are a testament to the company.

The same also goes to all the Encore office staff and Abbie who is always on hand if there is an issue.

I lived in Sandown house for four years. It always felt like home. The concierge guys were amazing , helpful, there whenever needed to provide us with the assistance and info. we asked for. All members were amazing, but let me mention Omair Khan, Lazrows and Andrew, those guys I will never forget.

I have been living at Glasswater for about 3.5 months and I cannot fault the service that is provided by all the team, Nad, Sajed, Muhammad and Suki. They are always pleasant and go over and beyond, fantastic job guys.

Concierge management and services is good. Responded well to any questions, concerns, or problems I had.

I just wanted to say thanks for all the great work and effort that Kaleigh Cowan is putting in on our behalf at St James Quay Norwich.
We have noticed a great deal of improvements and actions in the recent past, and it all coincides with Kaleighs arrival to take responsibility for our development for Encore.
From car parking, gardens, inspection routines, installation of key safes for water and electricity meters, rolling redecoration plans to simple cleaning regimes for bins and bin stores to highlight a few.
I dare say she spends most of her day fielding problems, issues, complaints and moans, as is the nature of customer care, so I thought it only fair to give her credit when it is due, and compliment her on her work for us, and say a massive thankyou to her for always having such a professional, proactive and always polite approach. Good luck to her….

We have just changed over to Encore from our former managing agents, and they have managed what was a difficult transition extremely well to date. In particular, we have been very impressed by our property manager Shannon Raven, who has gone above and beyond to reassure leaseholders that we are in safe hands after our previous negative experience.

Helen communicates with me through what’s app on things taking place onsite and with the arrival of any parcels, has also provided me with knowledge on the local area etc..

She always replies promptly and does a great job..

The service is fabulous, we've got well take care of things we need assist Andrei and Alina did the best job in their field. Everything always go smoothly.

Encore took over the Management of Victoria Court at the beginning of this year.
Shannon is our representative and is very good at her job.
She’s always available is we need to speak urgently and responds to any enquiries quickly and thoroughly.

Encore provide a great service with regard to property management. Encore have worked at Keephatch House, Wokingham for many years. The directors of Keephatch have worked well with the Encore team over the years but a special recommendation must go to Leanne Griffin our Estate Manager who communicates clearly and efficiently with us to maintain our property. The fact that Leanne is proactive in her approach raises the bar in relation to the service provided by Leanne and the Encore team. Great work ethics, keep going as always, well done on a great job. Quick efficient service.

Since we moving to Encore in November 2024 we have been very satisfied with the service we've received. Quite simply, Shannon Raven is the best property manager we have ever worked with: very much on the ball.

We’ve lived in an Encore Estate Management building in West Croydon for the past 2 years, and Edward the concierge has genuinely made a big difference to day-to-day life here.

He’s consistently warm, approachable, and always up for a friendly chat, no matter how busy the day is. He goes well beyond expectations — bringing packages up when he doesn’t need to, and often opening the door just as he notices residents heading out or coming in.

What really stands out is how kind and patient he is with our children. When they’re babbling away at him or trying to grab everything in sight, he always takes it in stride, acknowledges them properly, and even brings out little things for them to play with. It’s those thoughtful, human touches that make such a difference.

Edward helps make the building feel welcoming and cared for, and it’s clear he takes pride in what he does. Encore are lucky to have him.
