No signs telling people to wipe down after use, running machines especially are very dirty With stale body mess

I’m a complete Gym novice in that I’ve never been a member of one... The staff are very welcoming and helpful.
I love the classes I’ve been to so far and am especially loving the family gym session with my son on a Thursday.

I hadn’t been in a gym for a good number of years and really wanted to get fit again. I have throughly enjoyed my experience at Énergie, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the gym has a good atmosphere & my pt’s have really given me confidence in myself again. The classes are really good to and give a bit variety alongside the gym. I’m so glad I joined. Loving it 😊

The gym & staff are encouraging, knowledgeable and friendly! A welcoming environment with great facilities. After years of being frightened of even entering a gym, I’m visiting 3-4 times a week & enjoy every session!

I live to love this gym!!!
As an avid gym goer Énergie beats the other gyms I have been a member of and it’s a fraction of the price!
It’s a fab gym with such a good vibe! The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The equipment is state of the art and all new which is always a bonus! There’s also a good range of classes for all abilities.
