On the positives it’s a new gym with…
On the positives it’s a new gym with good equipment and it’s always clean. On the negatives there are no classes between 10.00-12.30 am and the ones that do exist from 9.00-10.00 are made mostly for the high paying members. You made Tamara go - one of the best trainers I ever had - and I had many... I think you still haven’t made up your minds at management what you want to do. It’s a shame because I almost made your gym part of my daily routine and now I don’t feel like going anymore.

So far so good, the classes are great, there is a good variety of them so I can try different things. The team is lovely and super effective!

Most important for me is the quality of…
Most important for me is the quality of the class instructors- outstanding!! The staff at Putney are also very good - friendly and helpful. My main issue is the standard of the cleaning ( or rather the lack of standards) especially under current circumstances. Quite a few of my fellow attendees at the classes have remarked on this issue - especially in the toilets. The yoga mats are becoming greasy and most of us now either bring our own mat or a towel to cover. It’s a shame that this is letting the gym down.

The attention and staff are excellent. This gym never is full and that’s what I really like.
I would only add one thing, more gym machines, specifically to do abs.

I joined in November 2019
I joined in November 2019, and started gym-ing in December 2019. From day one, the staff have been friendly and helpful, the gym very convenient (both from the perspective of opening hours and location just off the High Street, and the equipment modern and in excellent condition.

Fabulous trainers, good equipment, amazing value
I occasionally go to the Bootcamp class (Putney) on Sundays and omg it’s a burner! I’ve been to a few other classes and can certainly rate them as highly - they are always fun and tough. Muscles ache the next day is guaranteed ;)
The gym overall is clean, well maintained and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I’ve had some issues with the fob but it was resolved thanks to the team.
