I was really afraid because of the negative reviews that I read.
But everything went really smoothly. The shipping was super fast, and the shoes arrived, new, unused, without any wear marks or so.

I did’t recieve my package and nor did I recieve any information about how to pick it up. I am very dissatisfied!

After reading all negative experiences, I was little bit afraid what will happen when I order in this store.
Everything was smooth, on top after one month of using product it started to loose it's coating. I made a complain and I received full recompensation .
I'm very happy with the service and not understand the bad experience of others, now days it's easy to put one star.

I am so happy to have the opportunity to say my objectives opinions about englehorn, almost all the products I bought from them since 6 years are still good shape, as if I bought them only yesterday. I so much love their products..I make my shopping every time with Englehorn

I am writing review for the German store.
First, I was very skeptical to even order from this store due to bad reviews (especially because of problems when sending back)

BUT!

1. Very fast delivery
2. Return label inside, send back easily
3. Received the money back super quick - without any problems

+ you always are kept up to date through automatic emails.

From this experience I would recommend this store for sure!

They did NOT include a return label in the box. What a f**** sh**show to get in contact with customer service.
NEVER buy from them again!

Don't even bother... Slow process, poor service, and even ended up writing an apology because the product wasn't available. Use your common sense and just read the reviews :)

The most annoying return form when sending stuff brought through Zalando, they make you fill in a lot of info that you need to track down and write in tiny input fields. Takes around 10 minutes!!! every other partner delivers an already filled in form.
Never again!!!

I saw this retailer/slush boutique from Mybestbrands and I thought it would be a trustworthy place to shop from... But it proved out I was wrong

After 3 days of my order of a beautiful Palm Angels T-shirt that was on sale, I got a verification e-mail by them in German declairing that my garment was packed with love and care

2 more days after that I received another e-mail by them declairing that my order was shipped and it will arrive soon..

But then I got a final cancellation e-mail declairing that my order can't be shipped because there was no size left on their warehouses anymore..

I mean how on earth is this buissness still open? They said they would return me the money, but luckily I paid with credit card and the required time of 15 days expired, therefore the pending amount got back to me again.. I even contacted Mybestbrands to let them know this situation..

No e-mails after 3 different e-mails I sended no product, nothing.. This was by far the worst experience I have had! Please spend your money elsewhere.. I only hope you not to be charged or fooled like I did..

And to imagine it was the only multibrand retailer I haven't searched ... I gave them 1 star because they didn't got my money officially and just let them pending.. Seriously lame

Ordered last saturday and received today (international)! It went super fast and the backpack I ordered is just as I imagined.

Ordered jacket on 13/1 (two items in my size available). E-mailed 1 day later because I did not get an e-mail that my order was shipped. Got a respons on 15/1 that it normally takes 5-7 working days and nothing else. Than on 18/1 that my order is not available and not in store. I guess they also know that 15/1 because all the shops are closed because of COVID. So I waited for nothing and it could have been avoided.

Great experience. The order was shipped and delivered super quickly.

Their mistake,didn´t get the product, refunded in an extreme long time a lower amount. Avoid.

I ordered a HUGO winter jacket a week ago. I did arrive within three days, which was fine. It was in the wrong size, so I returned it to get the same jacket one size smaller.

The money was not transferred back, but I got a code to make a new purchase. Not a problem at first sight. Not until realizing that the code did not work at the Engelhorn.de homepage.

Status. I have no jacket, but I paid 330 euro. Worst experience I have had with an online shop for five years. I strongly recommend not to make a purchase from Engelhorn.de.
