I had wall & loft insulation, air source heat pump and extractors installed in my home last December. Half the house is still missing insulation including my whole kitchen. The pump itself has the wrong pressure and won’t heat half the time, I have to keep my hot water off until an hour before use or it costs me a fortune, holes were drilled to install the extraction units in kitchens and bathroom but only one out of three has actually been connected to anything the others are just holes with a cover on (with a bird nest inside one as it’s just an open hole to the outside of my house) and they disconnected my shower unit to remove my old boiler and didn’t ever reconnect and afterwards told me it’s my fault and I’ll have to pay to fix it. Bearing in mind I got the grants as I have two young children, work two jobs and still have a low income I cannot pay to fix this. I’ve emailed and emailed and nothing has happened they couldn’t care less. I 100% would not recommend do not touch this company

Envo Energy are a very efficient and we highly recommend them.
Chap came and measured up, very informative and talked us through the process.
Received a call from Envo Energy about two weeks prior to fitting to give us a time and date.
Adam and Darren came today to fit our new external door, absolutely 5 star service.
They called before arrival to let us know when to expect them; set about their work and were efficient and diligent.
Would highly recommend, credit to their first class Company.

Big Peter arrived when expected. Was friendly and polite. Worked steadily all day to fit our new doors and made a first class clean job. He even cleaned up after himself.

Installation of electrical system was done first to an excellent standard of workmanship.
Scaffolding was delayed, but erected promptly when they arrived. Solar panels were installed well and look good
Final wiring up and commissioning was done today and Steve gave me a presentation of how it works and installed the app on my mobile phone. Time will tell how efficient and reliable it is

Adam and Darren did a fantastic job installing my new door. They were friendly, respectful and really helpful with any queries. Excellent standard of work and left the area spotlessly clean and tidy. Really happy with my lovely new door and would highly recommend! Thank you.

The service was great from start to finish, doing research into getting solar is very mind boggling!!
After a chat with the rep who actually came out to see me and the property (unlike the 3 other companies I contacted) I felt more in the know and confident in what I was doing. The team who fitted the solar were amazing helpful and friendly, they cleaned up after them self's and were respectful at all times even when I asked the stupidest questions. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Fantastic job. Darren and Adam worked non stop and were caring and understanding with my elderly grandmother who was a bit confused about the new doors. Helpful, friendly, happy guys who were a delight to have at the house. Flawless job - looks superb! These boys are a credit to the company - 5 stars!!

The scaffold company caused argument with neighbour. The men installing the panels were friendly and got on with the job, I thought well until there was a problem with leak coming through to bedroom, caused by panel fixing. The electrician did a good job, luckily he left his number because there were a few power cuts caused by the panels, but he came back and resolved the problem and now no more power cuts.

Adam Souter has just completed installing a new front door for me. he was polite, funny and most of all very efficient and explained in detail all I should know. A great job and I am delighted with it

Had my door installed by a lovely guy called Adam. Standard of workman ship to a very high standard from start to finish. The finish was prestine and he cleaned up immaculately after he finished. There is nothing to complain about this install..
