Envo Energy Solutions 

We ended up with a good solar system for a good price, and everyone at Envo and their supply chain was approachable and friendly. From the point of ordering to getting an installation date was quick. However I can't give 5 stars for a few reasons:
1)It felt like I ended up having to Project Manage the installation after contractors did not arrive when they were supposed to and I was receiving little communication on when to expect anyone. I was having to chase daily. If I had of needed to take time off work to be available, for no one to turn up, this might have been a 1 or 2 star review
2) It is now 4 weeks since our installation and we have not received our paperwork, which means we cannot apply for an export tariff, and are giving away electricity. Hopefully this will change soon.
3) when we did report an installation issue, no one contacted us about it.
But overall the system is now working well and we are happy we took the solar plunge.

Staff friendly and knew exactly what to do.
Despite a few technical difficulties the job was completed successfully.

we contacted with Envo energy as part of a group purchase discount solar installation through our local council, Lewes Borough council.

All through the process everything was clearly documented and explained and the time of arrival. The crew did an excellent and efficient job on the installation, very pleased now with our installation

The installation was poor from start to finish, more logistics than the actual fitting. No one turned up when they said, in total dragged out over 4-5 weeks, what surveyor had said was apparently “rubbish” according to the fitters, very annoying man trying to get payment the second the job was finished

Every element of the survey, the installation and the implementation was first class. All of the people involved were both friendly and professional. Very pleased with the end product.

Envo used a sub-contractor to install so not ideal

The HQ staff try very hard to be helpful but overall communication with Envo is a real problem. This is compounded by their use of some very poor installation contractors that don't keep appointments and whose work is 'shoddy'.

The service provided was exceptional it was like a military exercise I could not praise this company more, highly recommended.

The installation was very quick and luckily it was a sunny day so all was easy for the team.

The electrical has explained everything very clearly and the roofers were very quick and tidy

6 Panel and 3 Panel strings, Inverter, 2 batteries & Zappi Car Charger in Bristol. Installation and commissioning of system went well. Car charger commissioning was problematic - the latest "2H" models have a virtual hub which needs to be connected to the house WiFi rather than the older separate communications hub. Installers were unaware of this.

Great product. The solar panels are doing great job in generating energy. Very pleased with their performance.

Recently had solar panels installed. Scaffold went up on scheduled day. Roofer arrived at 0800 on scheduled day & worked without a break until 1545 by which time had put up 11 panels on his own. Electricians should have arrived next day but I was informed why they couldn't & when they would. Chris & Keiran didn't take long to fit the inverter & battery & get it all up & running. I was getting some odd useage readings which I reported to Envo. Chris was back next day & diagnosed a faulty system export meter. James at Envo answered all my technical questions fully, no BS. So, 5 stars from me.

This company came to our aid after a botched job by a company called Everwarm which did works for us under the government Warm Homes scheme. Among other things we had been left for a year and a half with a front door that didn't close properly.
Adam from Envo did a fantastic job in fitting a new frame and re-hanging the door, which is now a good solid fit and closes fully.
Communication from the office could be better as phone calls tend not to be returned and you are left not knowing if or when someone is coming, and they won't give you a time.

Not to mention

When will someone come to finish working on my solar panels? How long do I have to wait? How many more people will you send? You took the money and the work hasn't been done since May! Destroyed my roof! Such a company should not exist! No response, thieves! I don't know how it works with the government! I do not recommend!!!
Give back the money for the damage caused to the roof and the work that was not performed...
