Peter and Declan fitted my new back door, the service was excellent. Both were polite and friendly, the job was done quickly and to a high standard, I am delighted with the standard of work. The house was left spotless and all of this was done on one of the hottest days of the year. Great service, would definitely recommend.

What a faultless experience from start to finish. The initial appointment was informative and easy to understand. Not pushy and I felt like they really cared about the energy experience. Installation was quick and hardly any disruption, just some scaffolding which is expected when installing roof solar panels! Connection to the national grid took some time but that’s down to the national grid and envo energy had submitted all the paperwork the same day as they had finished. Over all I can’t rate them highly enough and fully recommend this family business if you want a great product and service.

Worst company. Installed solar panels, batteries and inverter but never commissioned them. They have not provided the App login details without which the whole system is un usable. Called 100 times , emailed them every day but absolutely no response. After investing 1000’s of pounds the level if service provided by this company is absolutely disgusting. Please avoid at all cost. Especially dont entertain any of their sales people, they refuse to leave the house!

Sales rep was excellent - explained what solar panels were about. Everyone who was involved with the fitting, scaffolders, Electrician & panel fitters knew their job inside out, friendly & efficient- a great team. All done within one day they look & work amazing. A good professional job carried out on our house. We are happy 😊

Even not deserve 1star how they done loft installations couldn't believe even not removed any old stuff just put on top of each others and took a pictures show on a file and hide dodgy work they done when talk to maneger he said well pictures in your files show done great job and 150mm but do they took pictures under if you didn't want to remove any think why don't you ask the homeowners to do and than you start do your on job acting like unprofessional and end up remove everything and reinstall west of time with envoy do not recommend to any ones dodgy work and scamers job done 7 th of February 2022

dealings with the customer service side of things were great, ordering the door and date was straight forward.
On arrival Pete and Declan introduced themselves and specified what work was to be carried out. From start to finish they were polite and professional and the installation of the door was to high standard, very satisfied.

The installation was 4 weeks from ordering - really quick. Installers and scaffolding men efficient and respectful.
The installation fly in the ointment is that the office say they will do something and get back to you but you actually have to ring 3 times to get anywhere.
Also the installation was at the end of March and we still have not heard about connection to the grid

Rudest “surveyors” ever. Just walk round house taking pictures no asking/informing you or any ID. Can’t comment about fitting but it’s all about the money

had loft insulation topped up and cavity wall insulation fitted . i am amazed at the difference after feeling as cold inside the house as out! i did not think it would make THAT much difference but it really does. wish i had done it sooner! EDIT 8/1/24. Went into attic today to take an item out. As i pulled the hatch down the bag of insulation they had stapled to my hatch (still in the plastic with a few holes made at the top), was soaking wet inside and out. Had to take it off and bin it as it was totally sodden. Also my bathroom ceiling now has mould forming in the corner and along one edge which i did not have for the last 3 years before the new insulation was put in. Hoping i wont have more moisture problems or i will have to get someone in to investigate the problem of adequate ventilation (which i assumed would have been checked by company before the installation).

Envo Energy provided a great service from start to finish. The surveyor who visited my property was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about Solar and showed us how much we could save. After making the decision to go ahead with panels the installation and remainder happened very quickly without any issues arising. Overall I’m more then happy with the experience and cannot wait to see how much we save on our electricity bills!

As a retired solar installer myself, I could not be more pleased with Envo Energy. I had spent 4 months trying to get quotes from other companies and discuss what systems would work best for my roof and none came close to having the level of technical understanding as Envo. Furthermore, the panels that Envo supply (canadian solar) are industry leading and none of the other companies I talked with supplied panels of this quality. This is crucial so that I could get the most savings from my roof space. The company from start to finish were incredibly professional, efficient and helpful. As someone who was in the Solar industry, I could not recommend this company more... really the best company all round to get you the most return from investing in solar

Many thanks to Paul and Mark, who worked so efficiently as a team to install my beautiful new windows. They did an excellent job both inside and outside, despite rainy weather. I was impressed by the installation speed and the quality of the windows. Paul and Mark were polite and considerate, cleared up after themselves and caused minimum disturbance.

Very happy with my new doors.im sure I will be so much warmer in the winter.Declan and Pete did a fantastic instalation installing them,both worked realy hard all day and both were very pleasant to deal with.my house will be so much warmer and secure now.

Great team on site and off, super helpful, explained everything in a nice simple way and happy to go into the techie stuff if you wanted.
Speed of service was great, not one of these companies who take a deposit and then leave you on a list whilst finding stock. Initial meeting to installation was 4 weeks, now I just sit and watch the savings!!!

After deciding to install solar panels we invited Envo solar yo come around to quote. Kev arrived as expected and confirmed my own research on having the install done.
Within two weeks I m running my hot tub while selling back to the grid (once I’m on the right tariff)
The install was fuss free, done in one day and had zero impact on me while working from home.
Overall it’s been a really positive experience with Envo, continually calling from customer care to check in on progress.
The app they provide is addictive, especially when you can see that your not drawing power from the grid. It gives you all the info you need to monitor and check the installation, even when I’m out an about.

Highly recommended supplier, highly recommended system.

Extremely pleased with my experience with Envo. After making an appointment, we had a great meeting with in of the Envo surveyors and they explained exactly which system we’d need and how much money we’d be saving on our electricity! I’m pleased to say that the install went fantastically well, communication was superb from customer service and my 12 panel system with 9.5kw battery is performing better than anticipated. So pleased - thank you team Envo!
