Super Impressed with Envo Energy Solutions. The initial survey and proposal were straightforward, and the savings forecast was logical and clear. Brad explained why I didn't need as big a system as I had calculated, making the right-sized system affordable with a great return on investment timeline. The team that did the installation were excellent and arrived as planned were happy to accommodate a few requests for changes in positioning and completed the work over the two days exactly as described with minimal disturbance. The electrician also went the extra mile and talked me through the iPhone app, which makes me smile every time I see how much electricity I am not paying for...... Great job, and I would recommend Envo to anyone looking to install an affordable solar option.

Am delighted with my new front door and windows - they look good and my house is no longer cold and draughty! The Envo team were great - Katrina kept me informed and always called back as promised. Paul and Mark who carried out the installation did a great job! So am more than happy to recommend Envo!

Company replaced old wooden door with new upvc door. Very happy. Looks amazing. The installer Adam was excellent, finished it off beautifully, even left the area cleaner than it was before.

As there is no dialog option on this portal and the reply from the company is treated as "PROBLEM SOLVED" i am forced to write another. Stay away from this company they are a mess. They will reply to this "sorry we will pass this to technical team" or whatever and they will do nothing more about it. There is a bogus company called HIES that will issue some weird 2year warranty instead of sending us the documentation we were asking dozen of times for. no certificates, no manuals. as a reminder warranties should be as follows: Warranties: 12 Year Panel Product Warranty, 25 Year Panel Performance Warranty, he inverter or inverters are supplied with a 5-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. no documents like this were ever presented. even if they were good luck on making any claims!

We had solar panel installed on 14th Feb 2023 and were informed that the technical team will be supporting with the system set and the sales person James was making all the promises prior to the installation.

Since the installation which is now six week we have had very bad customer service where the area manager Stephen visited our property twice and set the system incorrectly. Now he is not responding to any of my messages and the energy the panel have been producing is not being utilised towards the usage in my house as our meter continues to pull all the requirement from the grid.

After countless reminders, nagging, asking, begging, the post documentation is not delivered. I think the only solution in this case are solicitors. Each time I call I get "yes! We will take care of it asap" I gues asap didn't happen yet since it's been 5 months.

Installation finished on 27th Jan, scaffolding is still up outside of my house today on 27th March. Called many times and they keep saying it’s being arranged or supposed to have taken off etc… The official documentation post installation is inaccurate and missing vital elements (wrong number of batteries and no warranty information), the customer service phone line doesn’t know the progress of any enquiries most of the times cos it’s being dealt with by ‘different department’!

The engineer still hasn’t got the setting of batteries right after two months so they are being charged at a very slow rate and most of the electricity is being exported to the grid on a sunny day like today. The individual engineer is very responsive and trying their best to help but don’t feel that the company itself is experienced in installing as this should be common procedure that everyone expects (I.e. charging the batteries at maximum rate!).

Update on 5 April: scaffolding is finally gone. The batteries issue still hasn’t been fixed despite the reply below from Envo. I’m still waiting for a formal reply and the work to be done.

Update on 3 May: batteries still haven’t been replaced despite specifications not fit for loft installation. Their own electrician agreed with that and still no actions 3 months after installation… not even an email reply to acknowledge. I’m going to raise a formal complaint now. Will update to see their response.

In a word FANTASTIC. Thank you for fitting our new Front and Back doors for us. From the initial contact, Kirsty McDowell has been absolutely brilliant. The job survey and booking was easy and the date came around fast, for the doors to be manufactured and fitted. The workmanship is absolutely outstanding. Adam the fitter was courteous, professional and explained everything brilliantly. He’s a perfectionist and took ‘real pride’ in his work. Nothing was left unfinished, and we are VERY pleased. Thank you again.

Work not carried out. No customer service.
Solar panels were supposed to be installed but no one turned up to carry out work, contact company who said they would call me back but this call back did not happen, have now contacted them 3 m times and been promised “I promise I will call you back personally”. I now have scaffolding on my home which means a delivery I was expecting on Friday cannot take place and I have had to cancel workmen. I may be charged for storage of goods. I cannot give delivery company or workmen new dates because Envo Energy will not give me information.
Have had call today to “resolve” situation, Resolution ‘manager’ told me a number of times that ai must have called a different company because during one of my many calls I was told a member of staff was on leave. The res9lution person told me they had no-one on leave so I must have been calling one of their sub contractors?

They outfitted our roof with a solar system under a pre arranged contract. After the final inspection they had failed the installation. The issue is they won't tell us where it has failed as the system seems to be working well enough. But to be told a roofer will be out again, to potentially make more holes etc in our roof I'm slightly concerned. Everything communication i have had has been over mobile conversation nothing in literature. Fortunately for me my calls are all recorded, however I have no installation papers or knowledge of the equipment. In a whole I can't fault the roofer and the electrician they where great, but they are self employed contractors working under envo's umbrella. They have called to say the scaffolding will be erected next week, personally they will not have permission to access my property or boundary until after a 3 month wait I have documentation.

Issues still ongoing with these cowboys, no outsides fitted to my extractor fans since January, large hole left in my floor, damage to carpets, radiator cover and lino, was told we were getting solar panels fitted which was a lie, so I’m now left with a heating system I cannot afford to run, and wouldn’t have had fitted if I hadn’t been told I was getting solar! Repeatedly told someone is coming to do jobs and they don’t turn up, no response from Gemma Envo associate.

Quick efficient and polite. Good communications throughout. Very pleased with the work. Credit where credit is due. Thank you to all concerned.

Had a Hybrid Solar panel with battery storage installed by Envo Energy. Initial site visit and quotation process was fine, done in a timely manner. The installation was not so good, promised it will be completed in a day, but I made allowances as felt 1 day was unrealistic. However as the job was subcontracted out to a local company, planning and execution was extremely poor. No materials, scaffolding on site on time. Was a disgrace. 2 weeks before it was commissioned. I can say the electrical part of the installation was superb, the sparky took pride in what he did.
The final handover was rubbish, errors in the documentation, not a clue with equipment warranty. I have had to sort out direct with the manufacturers.
Unfortunately, these companies are here today, gone tomorrow. As some will remember, same as double glazing companies 20yrs ago!
What I can say is the system is working well, still a bit concerned if something fails will Envo honour their obligations as a supply and install company. Who knows 🤔

We are very pleased with the solar panels from Envo Energy Solutions. The team were all very helpful, pleasant people in this new, young company. The only problem was the lack of customer care when I was very anxious and had questions that needed answering. After leaving phone messages and emails I wouldn’t receive answers for some time. However, they are quite new and are doing well and are getting a bit overwhelmed with customers. Hopefully, this can be ironed out, soon. So far the jobs have been done very well and I am looking forward to having the house insulated, appropriately which is part of the package. It has saved me many hours of trouble finding an insulation expert, etc. That’s a good job! Many thanks to Envo and Rhys and the insulation team!
