The guys who fitted my door were so friendly and kept me informed all the way, Kirsty who dealt with me was really good and helped me from start to finish, if I needed something done Kirsty was there getting it sorted for me. Thank you Kirsty so very much, your customer service is second to none. Graham the plasterer was also very good, there was a problem and he wasn’t sure if he should tackle it, but he did and I must say he did an amazing job and dealt with it very professionally and was so very friendly and chatted to me all the way through the job.

It has been a nightmare trying to get the snagging tasks resolved.

Arrived on day on time. Very experienced and competent. Installation went smoothly and fast, and was cleared up completely at end.

Had windows installed by Envo energy solutions,& can’t thank Envo enough. Paul & his two teammates (sorry can’t remember their names) worked so hard over the two days of installation.
All very polite and cheerful, even on the day It was very cold and raining. Tried to keep everything as tidy as possible cleaned up and hoovered when they had finished. Thank you again Envo.

New back door fitted by the company. Inspector Colin knowledgeable polite and extremely helpful. Marc who fitted the door was professional friendly and punctual. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. Door was fitted to an excellent standard and overall the service has been fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Had a visit from Derek from Envo energy solutions offering me advice regarding cavity wall insulation. No hard sell, just a lot of great advice on how to heat my house better. And very honest about price etc. Very friendly and very knowledgeable.

The company fitted a front and back door and from start to finish a very professional job. From the inspector Colin who ensured the doors were exactly as I requested and the fitters who did a very clean job. Mark the joiner was efficient and pleasant and his work was to a very high standard. I am very happy.

The men did a brilliant job, very pleased with the windows, they fitted them beautifully, quickly and were helpful, cheerful and cleaned up so well afterwards. Would highly recommend.

3rd survey went ahead as scheduled. Got a call 30mins before to say on way. Nice friendly guy that explained everything and was quick to measure up and advise next steps.
Work on installing interior wall insulation carried out and the installers were punctual and friendly. Always cleaning up after themselves at end of night. Plasterer has left an outstanding finish on the rooms and painting completed all within the timeframe advised

We had our front and back doors fitted by Marc last week and we are so, so pleased with the results.
He was professional, friendly and very efficient. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the install.

Not satisfied no netting provided, tiles were broke on roof they were replaced but the old ones left in my back garden. Left a nervous wreck with this whole experience would not recommend at all

Fixed new radiator valves and heating pump and thermostats...David and Sam...brilliant service ..took ages as my radiatiors so old and not working, Sam and David worked hours..no break, no moaning David was lovely to me, so professional and friendly, excellent job.

Waited in for an initial visit for solar panels- in the evening as they insisted my husband had to be present for them to not turn up an amazing three times. My husband is self employed so this has cost us. Last night as they guy said the rep was stuck on the M25, and he could still come but would be late, I could just tell he wasn't going to show. To be fair, maybe some one will still show up, 20 hours late....

Not a promising way to treat their potential customers

My parents recently had the room in roof insulation completed in their home. This included moving of electrics, radiators, insulated boarding, plastering and painting. I was quoted a timescale of 2 weeks for the work, but this ended up about 8 weeks and a lot of chasing with envo on when the next tradesman will come. That’s the reason for the 4 out 5 review as duration expectations and communications could be improved by the company. A tracking app or a chat function would be good to get information rather than ignored calls or emails (just being honest as can be frustrating for a customer).

Saying all of the above (and I hope it’s taken as constructive criticism) the finish was great and the change and efficiency of the rooms make them hold the heat so much. I was amazed myself!

So thank you Gemma Gordon on being my integration point as juggling tradesmen isn’t easy I know. Good job!

We're really pleased with our new front door fitted by Mark and Jamie. They were both very polite and friendly and also did a fantastic job and even hoovered up afterward.
