i wish i could give epic a zero i own 2 Fortnite accounts with over 100+ skins on each and at first i was wanting merging back but now i just want that other account on my pc but epic games the amount of times i go through support they cant get the right account or anything and when i tell them its the wrong account they just keep going with that same account mad disrespectful i had to wait 3 days for nothing and I'm really angry id love to sue them or some shit that they wont even allow me to swap what I'm playing on one of the accounts is a mobile account and the others a switch i want the switch one epic games frfr none of your support team is good id rather eat fire ants and pee them out than deal with this shit again

On fortnite my dad pays for fortnite crew for me and my brother, my brother got his rewards from it and i didnt but my dads bank account was charged for it

After going through about 4-5 different support agents to tell them my specific issue regarding free games given away by them on the EGS App and not being able to install on my phone, I ended up figuring out what the issue was. This was before the last agent told me what the problem was too. Why waste my week in between work and having to act as support for them?

I don't know why they don't link the third party mobile games FAQ sites for when these issues happen. It would solve a lot of this running around.

P.S. Mobile App UX should be accessibility friendly / easy to understand. There needs to be a section for the redeemed "freebies" on the EGS Mobile App. I shouldn't have to search each game manually through a search bar in 2026...

We talkin about 1 billion + company the most cheaters and hackers in their game . Fortnite let people buy skins and battlepass butt dont fix their anticheat forr couple dollars you can use dma hardware and cheats i never seen so much hackers and cheaters in a game when you report people they do nothing!! This is scam game . Epic fix your shit and look at people when they report . Look at replays if you dont fix this i will also cheat and everybody. D9nt forget its a free game so people cheat or hack because of that so update your cheat system...

Worst launcher ever made. I dont know how the devs of this launcher can be the devs of Fortnite at the same time. Just incredibly bad.

Nothing is loading, its so poorly designed. There is way too much on the screen in literally every menu. The download manager (as they call it) doesnt work properly. There were moments where I couldnt pause the download while playing other games since there "was a problem" with cancelling the download.

Do not use this launcher unless you need to play Fortnite....

Devs are stream sniping me while I’m playing fall guys.

They are running an operation to extort channel points from my honest viewers.

Usless service, my account got hacked and all they say is we cant prove you made the account even with the email i first signed up with, and spent to much on fortnite it just hurt to see, USE STEAM!!! they try to do whatever it takes to get you back your account even a year later after you got hacked

Can’t sign in to my account and there’s no support available unless you’re signed in. Followed all the troubleshooting steps and nothing has worked. I have my username and password but I’m not receiving the 2FA email. I’ve resent it dozens of times, waited weeks. Still unable to get into my account.It is unbelievable that there is absolutely no support available.

Had my account hacked and the person changed email on account so lost all access. Went through proving all info such as date account made original name made oldest bank card used purchase history etc so on so on. Get response after 2 days saying request denied. Can’t even speak to customer service which alone is a joke. Spent thousands on epic and will not spend a penny more
