Contacted Benson and his team as I had a few bad reviews on my Google listing. After 4 months, nothing. I actually had to chase them for updates. Very disappointing service- would not recommend.

We used Erasures Removal service for our business. Benson and his team delivered what they had promised. Removal was completed on time — quick and fast services. I will recommend to others.
This company, formerly "Reviewsolved.co.uk" and with other branches in USA and Australia, promises to remove negative reviews with payment later. Headed by Benson Pearce, they take over your Google profile, appear to do what they say but ask that you don't use the profile for a few days. Meanwhile (in my case, after payment), Google shuts your profile down for suspicious use. Upon checking, they had taken over as primary owner of my profile so there is very little you can do. Benson and any other contacts from the company then would not get back to me with emails bouncing back or ignored. I see the original website (reviewsolved) forwards to this one (erasures). Avoid avoid, a scammer indeed.
