Daniel didn't make me feel embarrassed about my mistake—instead, he took the time to help me and made the whole exchange process so easy and stress-free. It's not often you come across someone who truly cares about providing great service, but it was clear he did.

Recently bought Molecule 01 and Molecule 02 online. I had both for them for long time ago and I was super happy with them.

The new batch which arrived is completely different, you can't smell the perfume at all. Just smells of alcohol. I still have leftover in my old bottles,I can smell it every time I spray. Try to resolve the issue with the customer service and they tell me is my nose/brain. No! It's not true I ha e comparison in front of me. No resolution provided, very slow to respond. Very frustrating expirience after paying premium price. Avoid

I have used Molecule 1 in the past and people always compliment me and ask what I’m wearing. Not this time I’m afraid. There is no fragrance at all when I spray it. I have been in touch with the company who sent a long detailed email about the science of this. I don’t need to be told how this should smell. I KNOW how it should smell. This bottle has NO smell. I tried it out on friends with the same results no fragrance here except perhaps a slight alcohol smell. I am massively disappointed. Perhaps this is a bad batch I just want them to answer me and sort this out. I don’t want to give it a one star review but I know this bottle is not the same as before I’d like an answer please.

Gaza Schoen is one of my favorite perfumers. Delivers top notch fragrances time and time again. E02 Extrait is incredibly alluring!!!
