Terrible customer service. I have been waiting for the two cameras that I ordered for two months.

I order one radio for my car one month now and I still didn't receive. Never again

I returned an item that they wrongly adviced me to buy but was incompatible. I've called them multiple times during a ten-day period to send the compatible version. They kept saying that the item will be posted tomorrow. I'm still waiting. They are in Limassol and I live in Paphos. If I ordered that from a Chinese shop it would have already arrived.

Ordered a Funko Pop, which arrived after 15 days. I chose local pickup. The package was torn apart. The teller where I received it was rude as hell. Just for your reference with that attitude, I didn't even complain about anything.

Every order I have a problem.
The products its awful, its work only for a few days. Laptop? The worst items, I buy for uni, and after some weeks I order from Germany other one tp study. The service in Cyprus its horrible, when they send you broken box, they don't accept to do anything, and of course when you open the box it's means you broken the box and does not support return. The service its awful, you will find beter quality on jumbo and lidl, and of courae service.

The slowest delivery without any apologies on the phone. Full disregard on the phone that they promised to deliver on November 22. Then they promised to deliver on November 30th. As a result, when I write this feedback already is December 7, there is still no order. Order form 10th of november didn't receive even on 7th of december. The slowest delivery in the world I see. Cyprus is not so big to deliver order one month from Nikosia to Limassol.

I have been purchased my laptop from them before 1 year. Last January my laptop had a problem with the keyboard and the fan. I claimed a fix by using my guarantee benefit. They did 45 days in order to fix it with so many lies and silly excuses regarding their delay. One of it was that they were waiting for the parts (45 days to have a fan and keyboard shipped to Cyprus????). Nevermind after i got my laptop back everything was fine. On May 2 2015 i had the same problem with my fan again. I brought my laptop back and now is still over a month, for not having it fixed, and they are telling me the same silly excuse. This is my worst customer experience, and i don't know why this companies are not getting closed by law.
