Great experience with the company and bike is excellent, just what I was after.
Originally saw and tested my E28 at a show and based on the discount offered, bought a demo model. This had to be delivered from their Warehouse but it only took a couple of weeks and updates were provided. Bike arrived well packed and with no obvious marks or scuffs considering it wasn’t a brand new product. Haven’t tested battery length usage yet but very satisfied so far.

A lovely bike and smart panniers but the fit is quite tight and the Velcro band to attach the pannier to the frame is detachable, and it quickly detached!
Also, the electric console goes to sleep quickly after a couple of days without use and I need to give it a charge to wake it up, not always convenient.

Spoke to your staff at Van life in Shrewsbury where we bought bikes last year. The dummy batteries fit perfectly protecting the whole battery compartment. Delivered very quickly thank you.

My key was stuck in the seat-post folding clamp. Contacted Estarli who gave me a temporary work around while waiting for delivery of a new one (at no charge). Excellent service and no quibble about sending a replacement.

Bought two 28.9s from Estarli after test-riding them at Berkhamsted. Paid extra to swap out the 36/38? chainring for a 44 tooth one + new chain to reduce any danger of spinning out. Had some glitches with delivery (FedEx) and the bikes not correctly spec'd at first, but Estarli staff were super friendly, easily contactable and sorted everything out. The bikes are very well put together, they look great and ride really well. I'm getting around 50 miles to a charge so far in hilly Kent if I keep to level 1/2 and ride with power off where I can (light weight of the bikes makes this easy on the flat). It's great to buy British and I'm sure Estarli are going to do well.

We needed a new part for an e-bike we had recently purchased from Estarli as the part had accidentally been lost by us. Estarli quickly replaced the part and we were back on the road again tout suite! The only thing we would have found even more helpful would have been a short video tutorial on how to fix the part onto the bike. Estarli provide an amazing tool kit when you purchase a bike so a few more 'how to' tutorials would be extremely helpful to ensure owners keep their bike(s) well maintained and know how to fix certain problems.

After a shaky start with delivery dates - dealt with very professionally by Ben and Louis, we picked up our shiny new E20.x bikes last week.

The bikes are great, well built and with quality components and it was nice to be able to buy from a UK based manufacturer rather than an overseas one with a Uk badged website.

Looking forward to many adventures on our bikes as we take them out and about in our camper van.

It's been 2 weeks since my Estarli 28.X 3 speed was delivered and in 20 miles it has been a joy to ride.

In Cobalt blue with the cross bar frame and front suspension forks it is a good looking bike. It's a big bike, I'm 5 ft 10" and had to put the saddle stem down a fair bit. To ride it's very smooth changing gear at 10miph and 14 mph the assist drops off gradually between 15.5 and 16 mph. I find I ride around in lvl 2 all the time at 15mph except down hill where the weight of the bike easily gets the bike over 20 mph without any input, the brakes are brilliant and more than capable of stopping the bike at any speed.
The bike is well worth the money which isn't cheap but it looks the money.
Anything I would change? Yes the pedals for a pair with ball races in. Also as there could be more documentation either paper or digital as the bike has different components to the one in the unboxing and setup video, such as the new adjustable handle bar stem.
Ordering was a dream and other than the delivery being a couple of days later than estimated was great. It's wonderful to be able to buy a bike made in Britain in the knowledge there is somewhere to go for help if needed.

Great product. Disappointed in that I had to chase for information for delivery a delivery date.
