Review of folding storage box
The is a review of the folding storage boxes for use in motorhomes. The bike itself is a really great folding bike and a super ride. We recommend the bike.
The order for the additional folding storage boxes was delivered on time. We have a brand new bike, which has the latest version of the seat post. This new post cuts through the box liner like a knife through butter. I'm told by eStarli that they will review this unexpected problem.
Key takeaway: if you have a new bike, keep the seat post loose in the box or take it out completely when you put it in the box.

Two happy estarli 20.7 owners 🤩
We recently purchased two estarli 20.7s and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. We weren't sure which model we wanted to buy, so were able to arrange a test ride on both the 20.7 and 20.X which helped us to make our decision. Our queries were responded to quickly and, once we had placed our order, the build of our bikes was prioritised so they were ready for us to take on holiday. Having now had an opportunity to give them a thorough test on the lanes of Cornwall, we've absolutely no regrets on our decision to buy them and look forward to many more miles of fun! 🚴🏼♂️😀

Delays and poor communication
The communication with the team was at times excellent, but also not very clear or precise. The main issue was around delayed delivery of my bike. I had to initiate contact once I realised my bike was delayed, by 2 weeks in the first instance. It was in total delayed by 2.5 months. Due to global issues around Iran war, I was sympathetic, but delays is a common complaint from other Estarli reviews, making me think they may have opportunistically used the war as an excuse. At any rate, when there were further delays, I always had to email first, then get an update later. I was very frustrated.

I can assure you we don't use geo-political or socio-economic events as common excuses but they do have an impact and whilst we recognise delays, this is also down to the increasing demand for our bikes against which we are constantly improving our production times and communications. We apologise for the delays but hope you are happy with your new e20.9 Estarli folding bike.
Estarli won't honour your waranty.
My bike, which is under warranty, has been in the repair shop for months because Estarli won't engage with the repair shop.
Not sure why Estarli provide any kind of warranty if they are then unwilling to assist a repair shop to repair your bike.

I have reviewed your comms with the CS team and all the information they requested was to determine that the exact iteration of your display was sent out. The reason they could not offer specific details is that these are proprietary units where any unit details would either not be relevant to resolving the scenario or it is info we do not typically release. I hope the replacement part means you are able to enjoy your bike again.

Great product! We bought ours at a show, taking the bike home with us with a promise that the Charger and tool kit would be despatched as soon as the team got back to base, along with an extras pack of a 12v charger and a couple of bags. Would have been 5 stars except we had to chase both the tool kit and extras package several rimes, they eventually arrived several weeks later.

For small wheels found cycling easy and…
For small wheels found cycling easy and running with 1 or 2 on the motor was a breeze only having to venture to 3/4/5 on some very steep gradients which they tackled well. Folds fairly easily although could be a little lighter when handling especially when putting into travel bags and lifting into a vehicle. Paintwork not as durable as it should be on what is a very hands on sort of cycle with folding etc.

Hi Mick, thanks for all your feedback. On the weight there is always a compromise but our folder does remain one of the lighter options out there. As one of the stalwarts of the cycling industry once said, 'light, strong, affordable...you can only pick two of these options". We hope we are moving towards offering all three.
