Expired products from official website. No refund. No reply
I placed an order on the official Institut Esthederm AE website in Dubai. I ordered four high-end products, and three of them arrived expired.
For over a month now, I’ve been reaching out through every possible channel — Customer Care email, the WhatsApp number listed on the website, even the French headquarters. I also contacted their Instagram page. And yet, I have received absolutely no response. Complete silence and disregard.
This is the first time I have ever experienced something like this. Never before have I encountered such a disappointing and unacceptable level of customer service. It is truly shocking and represents the lowest possible standard of treatment toward loyal customers.
