Avoid This Organization

This company does not ship expedite. Do Not Pay Extra For Any Premium Service They Have Or Offer As They Will Not Provide Additional Benefit. When you don't get your order, and you won't without many CS calls and time out of your day on hold, you will understand how eshopping supps elsewhere, ANYWHERE ELSE, makes sense. Stay away, they're thieves.

Never received my order

I have ordered few supplements from them. After waiting for two weeks i have contacted them to check what is the status. i was assured few extra times my case was escalated to the shipping team and will be send as priority the next day. after almost a month they have told me they will send me my money back. I do appreciate that but i am very unhappy how i was told many times my order will be send and it never did! I wasted so much time waiting when i should have ordered somewhere else and would receive it long time ago. I will never again use this website to order my supplements as they are very unprofessional.

Save Money.... plan ahead.

Sure... in the day of Amazon prime and 2 day shipping people have become impatient. Let's face it, if you're taking supplements then you know what you need and how often. You should not be posting here about how you waited a week for your supplements and you shouldn't expect that. What you get from this company is top notch supplements delivered to your door at a price you can hardly ever beat. When you get a free supplement with your order it isn't some half-assed sample, it's the real deal. Sure, you order it and wait a week to get it... but if you're smart like I am, then you plan ahead, order ahead, and always watch their sales and stock up when cheap. Then you won't care about the shipping time.

after 3 weeks - stil missing my order

placed an order and 3 weeks later it's still hasn't shown up. I'm told items are on back ordered and they have no idea when the items will be back in stock. No customer service and no communication. Not happy.

Missing items

I placed my order on December 12 and it arrived on the 18th so no problem with shipping. The prices were very fair and the free supplement made the deal even sweeter. However the shipment arrived missing a container of what i ordered. I immediately emailed customer service. I will update this review upon hearing from them.

Very Very Slow Shipping

Not one problem did I have.

I read the reviews on here before buying my fat burner from them, since the same ones on Amazon had people reporting capsules coming in broken and etc (I have Prime). Found them on E for the lowest price and even got it even lower due to a Black Friday special I didn't know they had.

All I can say is, I GOT MY PACKAGE WHEN I WAS SUPPOSED TO. I even called and almost went off because there were no tracking update, but it was literally just DHL website acting dumb.

I don't play with companies. I'll reverse a charge QUICK. If yall had problems with E, or never got your package or whatever.....Better yall than me 😂😂😂😂

Shipping company mistake.

Changing my review because it turned out to be a bad update on the shipping company side. Three stars for receiving item in 8 days, and one extra for the quick reply below, and the good intentions to fix the situation. I still think they could use a better faster shipping method, especially when you order over $100 worth of merchandise.
Everything was delivered in good condition and decent packaging.

First and last time customer

I placed my first order with esupplements on 7/21/2016. Among the items I ordered was some whey protein that I was running low on. I made sure to place the order so I would receive it before I ran out. My order arrived on 7/26/2016, and upon opening it, I noticed the entire inside of the box was covered in white powder. I examined the bottle of protein and noticed a 3-4 inch cut in the plastic where the protein was leaking out of. I called customer service and emailed them pictures and was sent a shipping label. The next day I took the package to the post office and emailed esupplements to tell them I had done so and requested they send my order ASAP and that I wanted to receive it before the weekend. The next day (7/28/2016) I was sent an email that stated my order was processed and upgraded to express shipping and I would receive my order on 8/2/2016 (which isn't an upgrade as my first order took 5 days to receive). Now it's the evening of 8/2/2016 and I still have yet to receive my order and have been out of the flavor of protein that arrived damaged for close to a week. I placed my order 12 days ago! My issue is that the bottle was damaged and leaking pretty bad. It wasn't damaged in transit as the box was intact and undamaged, which means it was placed in the box damaged. In addition, it is taking longer to receive my replacement (which apparently had expedited shipping) then it took to receive the original order in the first place, even after I told them I'd like to receive it prior to the weekend. I have ordered from Allstarhealth.com and bodybuilding.com for years and have never had a single issue with either company and I am immediately returning to those companies.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

I almost didn't order because the reviews were pretty bad, but I couldn't pass on the price. The order shipped the next day. When I called to locate shipment, because USPS sucks and doesn't update!!!, the customer service reps were incredibly friendly, and assured me that my package had shipped promptly. Ended up receiving my order in a timely manner, less than a week from placement. I will definitely order again,

Awful experience

Ordered on 06/19 and received order on 06/30 - no tracking that worked.

When order was received today the two 5 lb containers of ON Protein we dented in on all 4 sides. Not slightly but dented good . This was due to shipping in a box that was obviously too small. Box also appeared to be used. Most unprofessional order I could ever imagine. Customer service response was to return it and they would investigate.

Not sure how these folks stay in business.

Stay away from this website.

I always shop online so I know where and how to find good deals. Do not get me wrong eSupplements has great prices BUT customer service and everything else is horrible! You can not sell something for 5 dollars with free shipping but only to never fulfill the order or send it in 20 days later. They had my items on back order and never even notified me about it and also they had provided me with the wrong tracking number. One representative had told me that my items are fine and have already left their facility YET I CALL 3 days later and I am told that they have not even left their facility due to two items on back order. Well I got my refund and went back to my original supplements website. Take my word and do your research before you deal with this unworthy of good business website.

WHERE IS MY ORDER??

This has to be the worst on line place to purchase supplements!!! Not only did I not recieve my product yet but I paid extra for 3 day shipping!!! When I called to explain my issue the rep sounded like she really didn't give a s--t she was literally yawning while I was speaking to her. Worst customer service ever!!!

Late Shipping and Not advertising Backorder Product

I placed order 2 weeks ago, Product has still not arrived! I called and was told my order left their facility yesterday which means I could really be getting it 3 weeks from placing the order!! unacceptable.. Also I was told my products were on Backorder??
