Very impressed with service and MOT from ETB Caerphilly branch yesterday. Cost for the service was very competitive. Staff were very good especially Dave, the MOT technician, who explained everything to us. Will definitely use this company again.

Upon arriving at Launceston Branch Cornwall with a slow puncture on my XC60 I was immediately attended too and requested to pull my vehicle into an inspection bay. Technician sorry didn't get his name was with me immediately removed the F/N/S wheel in minutes found the leak 9very small piece of metal had pierced the tread, showed me the offending metal, repaired the leak and refitted the tyre in minutes. Whole episode didn't take more than 15 mins. Very polite courteous staff cant rate them highly enough

Slow puncture a long way from our Hertfordshire home. Dealt with immediately, efficiently and with excellent customer service. Fantastic, faultless experience. Thank you!

Good service. helpful staff efficient, But I did think that on my last visit a £25 charge to replace a leaking rear wheel valve was very expensive.

Used them several times, every time perfect service.

The team always make you feel welcome and go out of their way to help you. Nothing is too much trouble. I always recommend them to friends and family.

Chris and his team at the Thornbury branch are always extremely helpful and courteous. My recent visit with a punctured tyre received rapid attention and I was soon back on the road. Excellent service, and highly recommended.

Lydney branch!!

First time using ETB today and I won’t be going back. Was booked in for a service and was offered a free alignment check - fab! But was then told if they correct it, it’ll be £40. I then asked if they could phone me when it had been checked to clarify with me if I then wanted it to be corrected.

My phone rang after an hour, it was Jack from ETB. Jack told me (rather than asked) that my wheels were out and he was going to align them so it’s going to cost me an extra £40. He then proceeds to tell me that my front tyre is illegal as it’s the wrong type of tyre and will therefore fail the MOT in the future. I explained that I would like not to change my tyre (as this was a brand new one so I was going to check with the garage that fitted it), and I wouldn’t like to my align my wheels either as I’m sure this was done at the same garage the tyre the was fitted at. He replied “you don’t want me to align them?” Almost like they were just going to do it anyway and just charge me. I said “no thank you as I’m stuck for time”. He replied very abruptly “in that case your car is ready” and slammed the phone down.

I’m not sure if it’s because I’m young woman or whether it’s purely just a sales pitch. But I took my car to the previous garage that fitted the tyre after my experience with Jack at ETB - this garage explains to me that nothing was wrong with my tyre, and in fact laughed when I explained that Jack told me it will fail the MOT if not changed.

Would not recommend!!!

Absolutely class service from this garage (ETB Brierley Hill). Van failed the MOT, they were upfront with the cost and extent of repairs. It actually cost less than they said. I called yesterday to have the van repaired and retested for the MOT, today was the last day to have it done or I would have had to pay for another one. They managed to fit me in even though they had other work on. Really can't fault them. Top notch from the lads and lady, I would definitely recommend 👌🏻

Having had several dealings with ETB, Laira Bridge, Plymouth: tyre checks, replacement, MOTs etc. I can highly recommend all the staff for their, knowledge, experience and help.

I took my car in at 13:45pm today for a problem I had regarding the engine. Jacob, discussed the issue with me, put the car on the ramps and sorted the issue within minutes. When I queried the cost, he replied there was nothing to pay, but I could leave a review. I left there at 14:10pm.

Thanks again Jacob and all the staff at ETB, I will certainly be dealing with you again for, all my motoring needs. Thank you again…🙏

All staff went over and above to assist me with my MOT today. Ella on the front desk was knowledgeable and efficient. All of the rest of the team showed pride in their work and had a great team approach to get things done. An overall amazing experience this year and last year. Worth travelling for.

I found a split in my tyre and air was escaping instantly when attempting to pump it up at the petrol station. Managing to drive to ETB they were able to fit me in there and then to replace the tyre, fantastic speedy work, meaning this has not affected getting to work or continuing my day. Very friendly team and grateful for completing the work ASAP, as I was panicking the tyre would not make it to another garage.

My partner took my car in on Friday to get a new tyre fitted. I didn't drive my car until Sunday and on Sunday I checked my tyre to find that the alloy had been seriously damaged
I contacted the Derby branch today to speak to the manager, the Manager told me to bring the car in to have a look at it, but also said that the mechanic told my partner that "there was already damage to the wheel". On Thursday i took my car to be valeted and it was perfect at that time. After speaking to my partner he was angry as that wasn't how the conversation with the mecanic went. The mechanic told him that there was a grease on the wheel and he struggled to take the wheel off. I will pay out of pocket to have my alloy fixed but I shouldn't have to, care should have been taken when removing my tyre. I'll contact head office with photos of all three others alloys in comparison to this damaged one. Seriously an unhappy ex customer! There is no option to add photos here but if there was I would gladly add them.

Always the best service in the caerphilly branch ,Jamie always goes above and beyond for his customers even when they are under pressure and short staffed, wouldn't go anywhere else

Excellent service at the Caerphilly branch, 4 tyres and alignment, good price and all completed with no fuss. Will use these guys again

Had two new Davanti tyres fitted to the rear of my Kia this morning. I had the fronts done earlier in the year. Phil and the team are brilliant to work with in terms of customer experience.

I was served by a tall young chap who was polite and helpful. He recommended a mid-range tyre after my puncture was found to be unrepairable, rather than just fitting a standard budget tyre. The service was quick, welcoming, and very professional. 100% recommend ETB Lydney
