I ordered a gold ring with three birthstones. I was very disappointed with the ring when it arrived. The stones weren't as bright or as big as they looked in the photo on the website. The ring was also a lot thinner than in the photo and wasn't the quality I was expecting for the cost!Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone!

I think the site is great but the photos are misleading! It was a gift for a friend but when the bracelet came… what a let down. The stones are so tiny you cannot even see them what a shame as it was a great idea.

The piece I ordered was beautiful. It was a gift for my daughter and the quality and craftsmanship is very impressive. The piece was made and shipped quickly. I will definitely order again.

Erernate offers beautiful jewelry that is gorgeous, a great quality, and the personalization options are amazing all while maintaining an affordable price point. I’ve only had one issue with an order but their customer service was quick to respond and get the issue resolved within a timely matter.

Quick service - Easy website, great choices & options

I ordered a “Custom Charm Necklace” from Eternate as a gift. The product page displays the item with a chain in every single image including the hero photo and all thumbnails. The product is named a necklace. When the package arrived, it contained only loose charms with no chain. What I received cannot be worn. It is not a necklace.
Eternate’s defense is that a checkbox labeled “Include Chain” near the bottom of a long customization flow was left unchecked. That checkbox reads as an optional upgrade or extra chain, not as the determining factor between receiving a necklace versus a handful of loose charms. There is no disclosure anywhere on the product page that the chain is sold separately. Every visual representation of the product includes one. They took $219 for a necklace and shipped me parts.
After multiple email exchanges with what appears to be a rotating cast of customer service agents, Eternate refused to send the chain or offer any meaningful resolution. They have essentially acknowledged the UX is confusing but declined to take responsibility for it. I am keeping the charms because my wife likes them, but I want other customers to know exactly what they are buying before they spend their money here. If you order from Eternate, read every checkbox carefully. The product you think you are buying may not be what arrives.

Was good just a Little bit to big

This beautiful bracelet of family gem stones is delicate and so pretty!
My only wish is that it were available in white gold and not only silver.

I can not even tell you about the quality of the jewelry- my daughter purchased this for me about a month ago for Mother’s Day… and it said delivered but never arrived- then said delivered to a man named Lamar in another town….then when it finally did arrive in a taped up bag the box had nothing in it. The company has been giving her the run around despite US constantly inquiring about what is happening. We have provided all of the tracking information that proves this was never delivered even close to our home as well as photos of the clearly tampered product (if it was ever even in there to begin with). After weeks of not getting any customer service other than “let’s wait and see what the shipping company says,” my daughter had to dispute the claim on her credit card. To which they basically said oh well- What a shame. Maybe it was a lovely piece but I will never know. They ruined my Mother’s Day. They should have disputed with the shipping company and replaced the item weeks ago. I heard the company is Turkish- In Turkish there is an expression- yaziklar olsun- Utanmasızlar- You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I purchased a gold Vermil birthstone ring- a little pricey for a gold vermil- I thought it would be better quality, but it did tarnish in 7 days. Customer service offered to replace my ring or upgrade with the price difference. I decided to upgrade to 10k gold. I’m so glad I did, I LOVE the ring. It’s so dainty and comfortable. It’s the flush set band. Customer service and shipping were both great.

Quality, packaging, and overall finished product.

The ring we ordered came and was beautiful! Actually made my mom cry, but the gems seemed too small on the band to us. We couldn’t tell the difference between the pink tourmaline and the alexandrite really. That being said my mom does love it a lot and has shown it off to everyone

The ring was exactly what I wanted as my ‘push present’ with my daughter’s birthstone. So dainty. Shipping was also fast to Canada! Very happy and will ordering another for baby 2 when the time comes!

The ring was made with great quality. I also needed the ring to be shipped by a certain date and after speaking with customer service, they were able to expedite the process and have it delivered before the original expected shipping date. Great customer service and great product.
