Awful company

Awful company, they don’t care about their customers. I received a black coupon card from Ethik for 50% off for first time customers. So I signed up and had close to $100 on my cart for my son. The coupon code was not working and I tried many times and many ways. The company conveniently does not have a phone number. The only option to get in contact with them is via email or text. I texted them but no one got back to me. They finally got back to me over email, and the customer service agent named Kenny, was very unhelpful and refused to honor that. I even took a picture of the card that I received that included the codes. He did not care and said he will give me 25% off you can use towards your purchase. I said that’s not OK b/c I have a card here with a code for 50% off first customers. He did not care about the pictures I took of the card that I received at all. Awful Customer Service, no support, he was awful. I’m not sure why he even has a job there!

I did not get my items

I did not get my items, they said that the shipping agent had lost the parcel and Ethika were not able to do a refund as they had paid the shipping agent… DO NOT order stuff from this scam company!!!

No return label and lengthy exchange policy

Wrong size on product and lengthy process to return or exchange. They don't provide you with return label and you have to pay to return it hoping for an exchange in several weeks. The boxers were a better fit than the leggings, but it's not worth how long you wait to get everything for the price.

trash company

I have purchased so many items from Ethika that I can count. They items are sold in pairs/sets. They will wait until the last minute after the package has so called shipped and email you about out of stock items. If I bought a set, why would you send me only half of it. They do not respond to emails @supportEthika nor do they have a direct customer service line. They a number to text 9495758005 and do not respond to that either. I have sent numerous emails and text about this order. I am waiting for a refund now for out of stock items. These independent minority businesses are not it. I will never patronize this business ever again. It is disappointing that customer service is at all time low. The worst!!

Incompetent staff

I gave them the full shipping address for my order but they didn't use the full shipping address. This lead to the international mail being returned to overseas since they ignored FedEx's emails. Now, they refuse to reship the package even though it was their mistake. Do not buy.

Edit: Just look at their reply. Clearly they didn't even read/understand my review. It had nothing to do with holiday season delays, it was because you didn't print my full address....

Will never buy again

I got my stuff but One of the items was wrong and they do not reply to you no matter what. The phone number they provided doesn’t work you can call for hours I’ve written numerous emails. They don’t care once they’ve taken your money. I went on their instagram and they are making posts like nothing is happening !! And other people are commenting about the same thing happening to them and they’re missing large amounts of items. You need to make this right.
