It took almost 1 month for their technician to come with a spare part which was promised to be fixed within 2-3 days. They need to close operations in India and stop fooling customers. Horrible

Fraud

We are using Aquaguard for a long time but in recent years the service is very bad so when switching to a new house I am very doubtful to buy a new one from Aquaguard but sales rep promised it is branded and he will take care of the service.
So I bought this Model Aqua guard on 5th of October 2024 . After a year I signed up for an AMC for which I was charged high but still I went for it.
From the start of April the machine isn’t working properly I raised a complaint immediately and a representative came and told that the PCP has to be changed.
After which I am following the customer care regularly but no necessary actions has been taken yet. In this summer I am purchasing water can all day even though I am paying for the AMC. I suggest no one to purchase this brand and suggest not to take an AMC as the service is very poor. I want no one else to go under this immense stress and difficulty.

I strongly recommend for new buyer not to go for aquagurd water filter, better go for some other brand. I am highly disappointed with their service.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Eureka Forbes, and based on this, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing their products.

I purchased a robotic cleaning device, and within just six months, the front wheel got damaged on its own without any misuse. When I raised a service request, I was shocked to be quoted ₹4200 for the repair. It felt unreasonable and gave the impression that customers are treated as a source of money rather than being supported.

Instead of proceeding with their service, I managed to fix the issue myself at a cost of only ₹150, which clearly shows how overpriced their repair charges are.

Additionally, the buttons on the robot stopped working. This time, I had no option but to send the device to their service center. Now, I am being told it will take a minimum of 21 days to repair. This is far too long for a basic issue, and there has been no clear explanation for the delay.

Communication has been equally frustrating. When I call the service center, the response is poor and unhelpful. I even requested to speak with a senior manager, but no one followed up or contacted me. The lack of accountability is very disappointing.

What’s even worse is that the salesperson who was very responsive and persuasive before the purchase is now completely unhelpful, simply saying that I need to deal directly with the company.

Overall, both the product quality and after-sales service have been unsatisfactory. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying products from this company. I would also advise others to be cautious before recommending it to family and friends.

Cheated by the sales team - 25k paid and left with a messto warn anyone…

I am writing this to warn anyone considering buying from Eureka Forbes. I recently spent ₹25,000 on an Aquaguard Nova, and the experience has been a total betrayal of trust.

The salesperson, Subbarao, made all sorts of promises to get the sale on April 7th, but the moment I paid the money and the unit was delivered, he went completely silent. He is now dodging all my calls. Even more shocking is that his manager, Raju Goud, is also refusing to answer my calls or take any responsibility.

The technician they sent, Ramachandra, was incredibly unprofessional. He started the work, but because his own drilling machine was broken, he just left the installation half-finished and walked out. He actually had the nerve to be rude and told me to complain wherever I want.

I have an open complaint (CM-090426-70113997), but all I get are automated emails while my kitchen is left in a mess and my family is without water. It’s clear this team only cares about taking your money; once the payment is done, you are on your own.

I’m taking this to the National Consumer Helpline next. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this specific sales team.

3.Had spoken to 10 people and escalation team - no one cares to resolve the problem (No water for the last 1 week)
4.Tickets raised on App are closed within 48 hours with service call not being attended - No Tracking mechanism
5.All Tickets are assigned to the same Vendor , Vendor is playing around and EF team does not care to have this fixed.
6.2,200 was charged during Installation for filter etc and no bills were provided - What kind of Vendor has EF shorlisted
At the Bottom line my issue on no water coming remain un attended by the Vendor after raising 4 tickets (I keep raising tickets once its gets auto closed )
Device is under warranty

Shame on the company for scamming customers.

After I recently ordered a new water purifier, they just delivered it and didn't send anyone to install despite clearly saying free installation. Then, they didn't send an email confirmation which worried me as to where my money went. They did deliver on 3 days, but after trying to email, call and WhatsApp text (can't call on WhatsApp) found no response. There is no other option to contact even via the app. Qnd the app does not have an option for requesting this service. I had a 14 day period to return. I have tried repeatedly calling requesting for the service and then, instead booked for a service to reinstall device on my previous one. Someone was booked in to come, and they never turned up. The next day another guy was booked and he too never turned up. Tried to contact on their mobile number that was provided, still no response. Finally I decided I should return before the 2 days window gets closed. Applied for a refund which said only free exchange but, I can't question this to anyone. So, I emailed the customer care about this. Today was the day the return was supposed to end. But, they closed that window on the start of the day, and my request to return has somehow vanished into thin air.
Now, there is no way of contacting anyone for returning the item and no one to install it. If I will get someone local to install it, the warranty will become invalid.
So, please don't put effort and waste you money here, like I did. Look for other brands.

Fraud in changing Gold AMC policy filter

Dear Eureka Forbes,

I am Akshay Dhore (Customer ID:- 6004187433). I purchased a 'Gold AMC' policy valid for a two-year period, spanning from April 15, 2024, to April 14, 2026. As per the terms and conditions of the policy, the filter was scheduled to be replaced twice; however—contrary to this stipulation—it has been replaced only once. When I contacted the service center in Old Sangvi regarding the pending filter replacement, they claimed that, according to their system records, the filter had already been replaced twice—a claim that is completely false. When I requested the name of the service technician who allegedly performed the filter replacement, I received no response; furthermore, they are now refusing to answer my phone calls. Therefore, I humbly request that you conduct a proper inquiry into the conduct of the individuals associated with the 'Old Sangvi' office—specifically ( NAYNESH PATIL & PAWAN PATIL ) —and initiate appropriate disciplinary action against them. I also request that you ensure the immediate completion of the pending filter replacement, in accordance with the terms of my policy.

Eureka Forbes Aquaguard water purifier

I purchased an Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Select (UTC RO + UV + MTDS) water purifier three years ago, and since then, my experience has been extremely disappointing—especially when it comes to after-sales service.
The service system is highly unreliable. Their mobile application is practically useless, as it does not provide any meaningful updates on service requests. There is no consistent service contact or authorized representative you can rely on. Even if you manage to get service once, the same contacts are often unavailable the next time.
Communication is equally frustrating. Calls are rarely answered, and even when someone does respond once or twice, they stop picking up altogether afterward. There is no accountability or proper follow-up.
I had hoped that purchasing a 2-year AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) would ensure better support, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. The lack of service and responsiveness has made the entire experience extremely stressful.
Overall, I am very disappointed and would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this brand. Reliable after-sales service is crucial for a product like a water purifier, and in my experience, this has been a major letdown.
