Ms. Ashley coordinated everything. She booked the Fedex from Philippines to USA. When it arrived at their store, in a matter of hours, it was already repairs.

When it was repaired. I gave just gave Ms. Ashley the return address. When i checked my email it was already shipped out! Talk about Class Service whoever you are.

From pick up, repair to delivery, it only took from June 25 to July 9. Really Class all the way.

My Audemars Piguet QP skeletonized watch was good as new.

When they say they will handle everything, they did.

When they say we will honor the warranty, they did.

Going back and forth of shipping! I did not paid anything!

Would you expect that to happen?!

The correspondence regarding my watches for sale were excellent and prompt. The transaction was effortless and the company provided expedited shipping in both directions. Very pleased with their professionalism. My only disappointment was the profit margins EWC seeks when purchasing watches - I expected closer to 20% but they are aiming for more on each watch which feels a bit out of line with the service they provide as used watch resellers.
