Exceptional Customer Service

C. Papineau took the time to get on a call with me and review the entire process since this was my first time buying online. I had always purchased at a boutique. The watch arrived at my home 24 hours after purchase. Could not be any happier with the experience and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

What a solid experience

What a solid experience. Peter B. and I exchanged emails several times, discussed several watches, I even purchased one, which I found to be too svelte to my liking, we worked out a return, a trade and a larger purchase. Very satisfied with the experience, Peter was the consummate professional throughout the process and the inventory is eclectic, fun, varied and ever-changing. The old adage of getting what one pays for is truly alive here. If (when?) I revisit this hobby, this will be my starting point. Many thanks for exceeding expectations. Cheers!
