Evans Halshaw - Ford Cardiff Reviews 

Took my car to Evans Halshaw Cardiff for a service and MOT last Wednesday, brought up a huge list of things that were wrong with the car, including a hazard switch that meant my car would fail an MOT. It worked but just needed to be pushed not so gently.
Anyways, replacement part ordered was incorrect and it’s the ‘wires’ that were faulty. Over 1 week without a car, no response to my email, was promised a call yesterday to update me on when I would get the car back, still nothing!
Shambolic service from a dealership, never again will I be going there.
Who knows when I will get the car back, my MOT has expired and they won’t tell me how long the car will remain there. Getting to work has become inconvenient, not that EH cares!

We arranged a test drive online, securing the car with a £200 deposit. This process was easy.

When we arrived at Evans Halshaw Cardiff we were greeted by Will, a friendly & very approachable Car Sales Executive.

We chatted. Will explained the test drive process and I signed a few forms. I then took the test drive with my family. (I.e., no car sales person in the car during the test drive). I appreciated this act of trust.

Will Whippe made the car buying process simple. No high pressure sales. The whole experience was both informative and relaxed. Will really does know his stuff.

We had the opportunity to buy a warranty, service package, tyre package, upholstery package, etc. However, there was no pushy sales tactics. There is free car breakdown and accident recovery included with the warranty package.

Great service! Great Product!

We bought our car from Evans Halshaw Cardiff. What a fab experience we had. Jules the sales rep was outstanding. There was a few little issues with the car nothing major just a few scratch’s and scuffs etc. but he made sure that these were sorted for us for when we picked up the car. He also guardx the car for us free of charge. We definitely recommend Evans Halshaw Cardiff for their customer service, they knocks spots off their sister company in Merthyr Tydfil. The staff there need more training on what good customer service is like.
