Easy to do on the site. Inadvertently, I ordered two dresses, but reached out to customer service and they cancelled the dress i did not want. It was very easy and they are very helpful!

Very good customer care service. One improvement one be to be able to generate return labels for Rep of Ireland.

Ever Pretty has a beautiful selection of dresses. I bought one for a special event and received many compliments. The fabric is nice and the design is very stylish. Great value for the price.

I ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses, 3 on pre order(still waiting for them to arrive) other two have arrived, but sizing is a lot smaller than normal/the sizing on the website. Both of the two that arrived don't fit two of my bridesmaids and they are refusing to return or exchange
(I would only be able to exchange one as the other is the biggest size they do).

Useless customer service. Poor returns.
Im hoping the other three arrived with the right sizing or that'll be more money down the drain.

I even paid for the supposedly insurance that is offer that is useless.

I would of had better luck buying them from Shein at Shein prices considering they are on there (didn't know until after I had purchased them)

Haven't yet shipped my order from January, keep being fobbed off with different dates and excuses about "tailoring".
Received an email out of the blue saying my "worry-free order protection" has been cancelled, which I paid for, and they're refusing to reactivate it.
Have no hope for the order to actually arrive, let alone in time for wedding

I have to say I’m delighted by this company the service and the communication is 2nd to none. I brought 12 dresses thinking I needed different sizes. No hassle at all to send them all back and then to buy a further six which I’m happy to say I’m using for our Wedding lovely quality closing couldn’t be happier

So we ordered a bridesmaid dress but once it arrived we noticed a mark which had clearly been made in the factory so we contacted ever pretty and they said my photos were AI! So we re did the photos and took a video, resubmitted and now theyre ghosting. We contacted via email as we had seel protection and they're saying we dont have it attached to our order *I have proof* the wedding is in 3 weeks. This is beyond appalling customer service. I dont want a refund i wanted a non damaged replacement.

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from here and they are stunning! One of my bridesmaids wasn’t well and did not try the dress on for a while due to this, it was therefore over the return date however the team helped me with this and exchanged the dress for me! Really helpful and good customer service!

Disappointed with the dress quality and sizes were so small. Ordered a 12 and 14 for my bridesmaid who normally fits a 10 and neither would do up.
Went to return as it’s under 14 days and you have to submit a request to return them and they request pictures to prove the items are too small. My bridesmaid is not local to me so I cannot ask her to put them back on to take photos, plus why do we need to prove this anyway if the website offers full exchange up to 14 days if the item is in sold condition?! Feels like it’s making life harder than it needs to be to return some dresses when you are already planning a wedding and everything is already a challenge financially.

Ordered dress for my son’s wedding. Was slightly snug and needed to go up a size but only had a week to receive new dress. I was able to hold first dress until the second arrived. They were able to ship quickly and received on time. Received many compliments on the dress. Nice quality, well made. Will definitely be ordering again.

I had to unfortunately return 2 bridesmaids dresses due to unforeseen circumstances and had a conversation with cyrine who was very understanding and professional with helping me, I felt at ease and the process was clear

I had a great experience. I ordered a dress that I was not ready to purchase, asked about canceling, they were very prompt with their response and are refunding my money. I will be ordering very soon for my son's wedding.

Awful service. One dress came and was very poor quality. Two other dresses just kept being told were being made but they never arrived. Then told that refund will be processed by another department so will be at least 5-7 days once they have processed it.

I listened to many reviews saying to size up which I did but unfortunately it was too big. The dress is beautiful so I returned for an exchange for my size and fits well. I am 5'2 so I do have to have it taken up as expected as its a maxi. It did take about a week to arrive but definitely worth it.
