My everdure bbq broken and no customer support

My everdure bbq, with the name heston bluemenhal on the front of it is broken. It broke about two months ago, and getting anyone to fix it seems almost impossible. My advice would be don't buy one as the customer support is none existent.

Orange lid on Furnace 3 fades in the…

Orange lid on Furnace 3 fades in the sun after a year despite using cover. Shocking customer service. They said they will not replace and it's because the lid gets hot it's fade. They said to never use with the lid down. Hilarious. Not fit for use given BBQ's purpose is to get hot. Avoid at all costs and use a proper brand.

Appalling quality, zero customer service — avoid Everdure at all costs

I purchased an Everdure Fusion on May 13, 2025. It arrived on May 27 — visibly damaged straight out of the box, with a huge dent and misaligned controls. I reported this immediately and requested a replacement.

What happened next? Absolutely nothing.
Apart from one vague response on June 3 claiming they were “processing it in SAP,” there has been radio silence. Despite repeated reminders, they have neither sent a replacement nor given me any timeline. It’s now June 18 — more than a month since I paid, nearly three weeks since my complaint, and I still have a defective grill rotting in my garden.

For a so-called “premium” product, this is a total joke. Everdure’s customer service is an embarrassment:

They shipped a damaged unit.

They ignore follow-ups.

They fail to deliver a replacement within any reasonable timeframe.

They make empty promises, then disappear.

This mess has already ruined most of the grilling season in Sweden. I’ve filed a complaint through Klarna and will escalate this to consumer protection authorities (ARN, Konsumentverket) and warn others wherever I can.

My advice is simple: Do NOT trust Everdure. If something goes wrong — and it might — you’ll be stuck with worthless scrap metal and no support whatsoever.

Bought Everdure Hub 2 in March 2023

Bought Everdure Hub 2 in March 2023. Since then it has needed two repairs. Now it shorts the house electrics and blows the house fuses so cannot be used. Three emails to Everdure with absolutely no response. Not even an acknowledgment. Do not waste your money on this product. There are much better rotisserie bbqs on the market.

Everdure 4K BBQ element fails regularly and needs replacement. No one will respond. Shame.
I wouldn't buy another Everdure product again.
