I needed a box frame to contain a crochet project for my friend’s 70th birthday. Tam was so helpful & friendly, she took a lot of time with me in the shop while I was trying to decide which frame would be best. I really appreciated her interest. The frame was very well made & my project looked great in it. Tam even helped me with packing it & posting it & my friend was really pleased with it when it arrived.

I would like to say how surprised I was to recieve my parcel at next day delivery at no extra cost! I contacted the sellers and they were excellent in communicating with me through the delivery process. They understood the urgency in which I needed it delivered and were accomodating, friendly and very quick to respond. Really amazing customer service.
The casting kit was part of a baby gift which was loved by everyone, really great product and service recieved. I will definitely be ordering again. Thankyou once again for going above and beyond for your customers, especially during these unprecendented times.

I am so impressed with the support I have received both during the training course and after. With lockdown it meant we couldn’t meet 1-1 so I had my course online which didn’t hinder my learning at all. Tam is so patient and answered all my questions (and also didn’t mind how many I had to ask)

Years after having issues (hotmail causes problems) the owner contacted me on here. On Christmas Day. I don’t think you get better customer service than that! Talk about taking action and accountability. So happy.

Old message- Never got the kit. Emailed twice. Never heard back. So long ago that they may have improved. I actually came on here to see if they were even a legit company.

I bought a baby casting kit and was so delighted with the results. I found the instructions easy to follow and the frame looks stunning on my wall. There were plenty of matetials for extra practice goes too. Would recommend to anyone wanting to do this.

We had the most amazing family time making 2 feet and 2 hands of our youngest child.
There was a bit in the instructions i wasn't to sure about, so i gave Tam a ring and she explained where we where going wrong,she sure does know her job, we bought the frame and name plate from her to,know it hangs with pride on our wall ..thank you Everlasting Castings ((Tam) yous are amazing ...

Very difficult to create moulds, extremely messy, my whole house and baby were covered in the mould, had to bathe my baby. Kept trying but mould sets within 30 secs its not enough time for it to go smooth and push baby's hand or feet into and I measured very precisely. Tried 4 times by then my baby became very distressed & uncomfortable.

Products are amazing. I got the white hardwood luxury triple photo frame 8 baby casting kit, with a silver name plate. It looks amazing. And making the casts are fun. Customer service is excellent,very helpful in helping me create my perfect peice. Love it. Would highly recommend.
