Evernote is a folder where you can take notes.

You can gather multiple files and drop them into a single note, and at the same time leave memos about those files.

Recently, its AI features have also become more robust.

makes my life so organized, saves me tones of time, i dont know what to do with out Evernote

At this moment, there is nothing works well like Evernote. The system the ability to have clip to Evernote function makes my life easier. I can create lots of notebooks for categorisation and easy to navigate. The downside will be getting pricier.

Sometimes it is challenging to access my notes because of the rather intrusive pop-up system in place by Evernote. This was not always a feature.

It is amazing. I have used Evernote for more than a decade.

Absolutely love it. I use it every day and love how it syncs across devices. I've tried various other applications like OneNote but they don't even come close.

So tired of the update notices every time you log in. Get over it.

All I need do is remember to upload documents or thoughts to Evernote. This leaves my mind free to wander into doing more creative things. When I need to recall something, I know where to go and how to search for it.

Evernote has moved ahead by leaps and bounds in the past year. I've been a fan for a long time, as it was an early provider of capabilities not found elsewhere -- like handwriting-to-text transcription -- and I appreciated the notes/notebook/stack functionality for personal organization. The price has gone up, but the user experience now, with smoothness of writing and editing notes with speed as well as using AI integrations is worth it. So much more useful than using traditional documents for business note-taking and sharing.

Great for keeping formal documentation in a searchable database across multiple devices.

The Evernote application allows me to journal wherever I am, on whichever device I choose. I don't need a lot of the features offered through the application, but it's impressive the foresight the developers have and the constant growth of the application.

Terrible service. Dont use. All they want is you to be stuck in endless sub without providing real value.

I've stored information in Evernote for many years. Their decision to raise the cost so dramatically was a disappointment.

love pretty much all about it except...
i hate constant, almost daily info pop-up screen with the info about what was updated in the recent build. i don't care! i really dislike always having to click ok before i can get to my notes - so annoying :(

The software is feature-rich and reliable. The standout feature is being able to search for text inside images—there is still no real alternative on the market for this. However, the exorbitant price tag is completely disproportionate to the features provided. In this day and age, it doesn't even offer an MCP (Model Context Protocol) for external AI tools to connect and retrieve data, leaving you stuck with their half-baked built-in AI. Compared to the pricing of other note-taking apps, it's obvious that Bending Spoons is just treating its users like cash cows. It's highly predictable that current annual subscribers will cancel their plans once they expire.

I use Evernote for everything (personal & work). I love the simplicity and the power of the search engine so I can find everything I want quickly without having to file my notes. (It has all the filing options for people who like that). I'm incredibly lazy and just want it to be simple to add everything I want, find everything I want and set alarms to remind me if ever it's needed.
