Auto renews automatically - NO number to call, registering for an account to cancel auto renewal is the most complex I have ever encountered

Seriously dodgy company!

Seriously dodgy company! They took money from my bank account without permission and have failed to acknowledge my complaint or refund my money.

We responded on 11th April to confirm the policy auto-renewed in line with the agreed terms, and a renewal invitation was sent in advance. The policy has now been cancelled and a full refund issued, which should arrive within 3–5 working days.

Eversure Insurance were the quickest…

Eversure Insurance were the quickest and most straight forward at quoting. When I called the CS team to ensure I had the right level of cover, the phones were answered quickly and the CS Advisor was knowledgable, took security seriously and was polite. Really great service from Eversure Insurance!
