I am extremely disappointed with the recent service from Everything Branded. We placed a substantial order for a client event with plenty of notice and made our deadline extremely clear throughout the whole ordering process and lead up to the event. Little communication and clarification was provided despite consistently asking updates and reasoning as to why the order had not arrived. To be clear it is now a week past our given deadline, our event has also now passed and our items have still not arrived.

As compensation we were offered £50 credit, which does not come close at all to our order value. I find this offer absolutely appalling.

I will not be using this company again.

Jay was really helpful; even when we weren't able to place he was still extremely helpful and polite. Hope to place an order soon!

Isabel has been incredible in helping me get some last minute water bottles, tote bags and fans printed and delivered on time.
Isabel was responsive, helpful and able to help under a time crunch.

Jay Serrano provided excellent support as the customer assistant for our pen orders across two major events. He was consistently responsive, proactive, and highly helpful throughout the process, particularly in managing tight timelines and resolving delivery challenges. Despite initial delays, Jay worked closely with his production and logistics teams to ensure the order arrived in time, demonstrating strong ownership and commitment. Fantastic experience from start to finish. The delivery was very speedy, and the customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. The mock-up was also very accurate and matched the final product perfectly, which made ordering with confidence really easy. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!

All I'm requesting is a simple amendment to a quotation I received. I have been chasing this for several days via email, telephone, and your online chat service, but I'm getting nowhere. Given that this is an order worth over £1,200, I'm disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service. I now have no choice but to source these products elsewhere.

I've ordered from Everything Branded several times now for a range of promotional items, including branded bags and mint tins, and the experience has been excellent every time.

The quality of the products has always been fantastic, with great attention to detail and a professional finish. Orders have arrived on time and exactly as expected.

A special mention goes to Adrian, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He has always been responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in ensuring everything runs smoothly from enquiry to delivery.

I would highly recommend Everything Branded to anyone looking for high-quality promotional merchandise and outstanding customer service.

Website is fake pricing and miss advertising. They get your attention with competitive pricing which say order 2+ and its X rate but then when you speak with Anthony hes saying the site pricing is not correct and its actually double. Very bad business practice and against UK Consumer Law.

Sent in a quote on the 7th, heard nothing back except for an automated response. The email stated a response would be made within 48 hours. Wouldn’t recommend.

We were looking for some promotional key rings for some up and coming events and went with the bottle/can opener one with our company name on it, arranged by Daniel who assisted us throughout, sent us artwork to approve, and kept us updated through the process, he was great to deal with. The key rings have arrived quickly and the first bag opened they all look to be very good. We are looking forward to giving them out to promote our company.

From start to finish, I instantly received my quote and had a tight timeline. Shoutout to Adrian for arranging everything so quickly and smoothly. Everything arrived on time. I’m so impressed with the excellent customer service and the fast turnaround.

Dos has been amazing at making the whole shopping experience seemless and answering my endless questions. Delivery has been prompt and the design quality is brilliant.

I was just hung up on by one of their reps. I had made multiple orders 3 months ago, guaranteed they could get my deliveries to me befor 2 trade show - they missed BOTH (1 month apart) and STILL I don't have my orders.

Over the past month I've tried to reach customer care by phone and email - 4 of each to be exact, and not ONCE were any of those returned. So while explaining this, I was hung up on - insult to injury so to speak. Do not work with this company.
