Omg what an amazing service from EV hero,s. Both young men were extremely helpful polite & friendly. Arrived early than expected, was installed in half the time expected . Talked me through everything , left no mess at all . Really efficient at their job . A***** service from Luke jones and other installer (who didn't catch his name sorry ). Can not praise this company enough . Outstanding and highly recommended .

Sometimes it's what you do when things don't go as anticipated that matters more than than when they do. I contacted EV Heroes in the hope of getting a car charger for my first EV car. The sales person Rachel was superb, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Unfortunately, we couldn't go ahead with the the install. But to their credit one of the Directors (Suzanne) reached out to me and very generously refunded the whole of my deposit. You can't fault a company that has good customer service ethics at it's heart. Thank you EV Heroes.

Installation engineer arrived right on time, checked a couple of things firstly, talked me through the procedure politely.
Started the fitting of my charger, continued working on the installation untill he had finished.
The finished job was excellent, so neat & tidy both inside my property & the wall box outside ( no wires visible). He then went through the workings of the box, connected my WiFi, set up my App. A very rare occasion when a tradesman/installation engineer carries out his job & surpasses your hopes, A credit to his employers. So thank you Johnny for helping this novice to happy motoring.

Couldn't of asked for better service. Maddison from the sale team was great very informative and helped me choose the best charger for my needs. Johnny who installed for me again was great. Very professional, and went above and beyond to help me out. Thanks guys.

Great service from start to finish. It was really good to chat through options and the sales person was very patient and answered all my questions. Arranging the installation went smoothly and again the company was helpful. Woody, the electrician who installed our charger, was very polite, clean and professional. He went through everything with me. Overall, I was very happy with the service.

Got a charger installed by EV Heroes, all went smoothly. The electrician/installer was a really nice and polite guy. Had a slight issue with a buzzing coming from my consumer unit a few days later and EV Heroes came out to fix it straight away no questions/quibble.

Brilliant service, excellent customer communication. Good clean work very recommended!

Great service. Having a selection of chargers to choose from is a godsend as it really allows you to pick one that suits you best. Very knowledgeable and happy to discuss and meet your personal requirements. Would highly recommend especially if you need anything non-standard when it comes to an installation.

Had a home charger fitted today by Jonny.
The guy was absolutely amazing, professional,courteous,polite clean and tidy work. Everything was explained very thoroughly could not have been better this guy is highly recommended, if everybody at the company is this good they are going to fly high in the charger market.

Efficient installation, incredibly neat/ tidy by Luke. Very pleased with the process fro booking the job to installation.

The installers arrived promptly and quickly set about the necessary checks. I was kept informed and asked specifically where I would like the EV charger box fixing and the cable stored. We were given plenty of notice before the power was switched off to make connections. The work site was left clean and tidy. Very happy with Sarawut (Woody) the installer and the briefing on the Ohme App, security of the installation and isolation process. Excellent work. Thank you.
