If it could be zero it would be. Moved into a new build and currently have had no hot water for 13 days despite payments to the we are still in debt. Trying to get someone to just fix the issue is like playing a shell game.

Quick and competent response. As a service they did what I asked for (repair report to the other company that does this).

Poor service and unreliable system. We experience issues with heating and hot water 2-3 times a year due to a faulty cylinder. Despite multiple engineer visits, the problem is never fully resolved — last winter, we lost heating just one hour after the engineer left, and had to wait for days for someone to return.
Customer support is unhelpful. During the last incident, I was told the engineer could either come the next day (when I wasn’t available) or in two weeks' time — no flexibility at all.
If you’re moving into a property using Evinox, be aware that you can’t choose another provider, and getting timely repairs is very difficult.
Absolute CON ARTISTS
They randomly turn on the heating, charge more per unit than electricity and refuse after 2 years to provide me a statement of account (Random credits and expenses with no expalantion)- The bills are outrageous for a one bedroom flat and they overcharge. I have NEVER dealt with a poorer company in my entire lifetime and they need seriously investigated!

Horrendous company. The heating system doesn't work properly, their engineers don't even know how to fix the system and they charge a fortune for the privilege!
I've been waiting almost 2 years for them to come back to me on an unexplained massive bill that they randomly added to my account for no reason one day.

Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Evinox. They missed the first appointment without any prior notice or explanation, which was already unacceptable. Despite sending multiple emails to their customer service, I received no admission of their mistake or any compensation.
When I rescheduled for a second appointment, there was yet another issue with the agreed time. Sorting it out required numerous phone calls, which was both frustrating and a complete waste of my time.
To make matters worse, I was charged £500 for a one-hour job – an outrageous amount for such poor service. The lack of professionalism, communication, and reliability is utterly unacceptable.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly advise anyone who values punctuality and efficient service to avoid this company.
I've been suffering from minibems/ evinox for nearly 3 years.
I've called and emailed them c. 50 times over that period because of faulty radiators or cold water.
At the moment, our water is either 80 degrees (I measured it) or freezing. They didn't believe me for a month until I got a thermometer, then they emailed me ten minutes later to say that they had seen the temperature at their end and were ordering an "emergency" part. That was 7 days ago.
I submitted a DSAR for 3 years of correspondence. They returned half a page of data. And charge me £200/ month for the trouble. My complaint had been ignored for 8 weeks, so now the Water Ombudsman are getting involved.
Avoid like the plague.
Absolute scam! I beg you to stay away from them. They install a system that only their own technicians can fix if it breaks because replacement parts take weeks to find for independents. But then they have no emergency line, they only answer the phone mon-thu in business hours, and when you finally get through to them they have no technicians available for a month. They are quite happy about leaving you and your young kids with no heating for a month in the middle of winter.
For 9 months of my tenancy I was being charged extortionate prices by Evinox, which were then lowered for the last 3 months following an argument with my building owners. Even after correcting this, they forced us into a top-up service where we had to credit the account with money to make sure our heating and hot water would work. They guaranteed all money over paid would be returned, yet when I requested money back they have refused to answer my requests by constantly changing the reps responding my email and stating it is being "escalated". They have cheated me of hundreds of pounds and now refuse to refund me the money that is owed which I have clear evidence for. If they are being used in your residential space, find a new place to live as they will also not let you use a different system. They are criminals - never use them.
This is about minibems. I have been left without heating for 5 nights in the last 2 weeks. I was told I needed a new thermostat over the phone, then re wiring and now it's a software issue. The customer service is atrocious. I have been told I need to call to get my heating on. So basically I need to call and leave a message. Wait for over an hour for a response and then wait for an engineer to call and fix the heating over the phone. They refused to send an engineer for over a week. Then when they did it was off again that night. They do not know what they are doing. The system that was installed wasn't wired in properly and was leaking. Customer service is a joke and the technical team on the phone do not know what they are doing. When they can't fix it they hang up and then you need to spend more time trying to contact them.
COWBOYS
I have certainly been scammed by this company. Heating turns on when it wants to and interestley enough the cowboys can do what they like with your system from within their office, they can turn your heating on and off. They are at it. This is best getting fixed. Guy came out today, pleasant enough but....for what. Its the older generation I feel it for more and the vulnerable in wheelchairs. My flat is best with an electrical heater. It's cheaper. Exercise for me! Keep me warm but not everyone has that luxury. The last system was perfect! Can only be naked in the summer now....its no joke, too blinkin cold first thing. Always a silver lining though!
Cowboy outfit, one of there side companies MiniBems have recently got a contract from The Wheatley Group in Glasgow to run and manage the heating n hot water systems with in a housing estate.
They have screwed up at everything, updating the systems, can't control the water temperature always scolding hot (which is a health and safety issue) and the heating switches itself on when ever it feels like it, even thow it's switched off.
Any problems get passed on to the previous contractor to rectify.
Initially, I had a frustrating experience with the Evinox Customer Service team, who were unhelpful and dismissive about the issues we reported with our boiler, including leaks and alarming noises. However, everything changed when we met Elton, one of their engineers, who is truly a gem for the company!
A year ago, despite our continuous reports about the boiler's problems, the CS team insisted there was nothing wrong. Thankfully, Elton stepped in. He drove several hours to our location, diagnosed the issues, and fixed the boiler. Unlike the CS team, he acknowledged that the boiler was indeed malfunctioning. If it weren't him, I can’t imagine how much worse the situation could have become.
Fast forward to today, and we found ourselves facing leaks in our boiler room once again. Elton came to the rescue again, driving two hours to assess the situation. He thoroughly inspected both our flat and the one above and discovered that the leaks were originating from the upstairs boiler, which was affecting us as well.
Elton not only resolved the issue efficiently but also took the time to explain safety measures we should follow. He is professional, friendly, and always cheerful! We can't thank him enough - Elton is truly the best! 😁
Really suspect experiences in our building with this company. We had no bill for 18 months - two years, then a big bill arrives out of the blue. Not even told by property managers we had this bill in our move in pack. Heard multiple similar stories from others in our building.
We live on the top floor and the time it takes for the water to heat up is silly and a waste.
The Evinox engineer did a great job. Both professional and friendly. I highly recommend using this company.
