Avoid buying from this company. I placed an order on 3rd April and it still hasn’t arrived and it is now 13th May. I will never be ordering from this company again. I place another order with a company based in Switzerland on 27 April and it arrived today so I just cannot understand why I have still not received my order from evitamins. It’s an absolute disgrace.

I love evitamins the process from start to finish was plain sailing and means I get to order a certain supplement for my illness from the USA that I can’t get ahold of anywhere else in the UK Thankyou evitamins!

Horrible customer service, still waiting on my package, they sent my order to another place in another state, no tracking details. Stay away from this mess of a business!!!@

Smooth as you like. Ordered from the UK and it took a week to arrive. Simultaneously, orders from the EU are taking 1-2 months.

The worse service ever. Customer support is not willing to help. Never got my order, because of the customs restrictions. I was told by evitamins that it was fault that i didn't know about the customs restrictions while ordering, but they have never warned aboutit during the order processing. Six month later, they have replied that they connot make a refund but only to issue a credit for the future orders. NEVER order anything from them,outaide US. Save your money!

FAKE this company is NOT IN AUSTRALIA they have a .com.au website but do not ship products in Australia very disappointed I can not buy the products I advertised on the site

I placed an order for Melatonin on January 21 and the ordered arrived Feb 02.
I checked that shipment had been made on January 26, after reading negative reviews here, and received a response 24 hours later with full tracking info.

So, for me, the order couldn't have gone any better.

AVOID. LIES Rep refuse to provide his name. Also the name of the manager and the owner.

Avoid. My order never arrived. They ship from the US to the UK via standard post service rather than courier so the items get lost in transit.

I’m back with an update! A representative from Evitamins contacted me with such a gracious and sincere apology that I have decided to give them another chance. The rep said he spoke with the person who sent me the email and I felt in my heart he was honest about it. I always say it’s not what happens to you it’s how you respond. I will chalk it all up to the pandemic and the stress not only on the USPS which has been stripped of much needed staff and equipment: but on the people in this country. Good clean up Evitamins!

I would give 5 stars but the delivery time seems to take 3-4 weeks. Otherwise excellent in every way.

It's been two weeks and my order is still being "processed". Avoid this website if you can, I should have read reviews before dealing with them!
