Unreliable site. First product are clearly showed without extra cost, then comes the surprise! At the end I paied double than expected... The service center admids the "gap" onnthe website but they don't refund. Not recommended

Got caught in the trap.
This US site appears well camouflaged as an Austrian/German European Union site.
So I ordered and paid - only to realise that the goods got trapped at the Austrian Customs Office never to surface again...

Lesson taught - lesson learned

I ordered a supplement on a Sunday and paid for expedited shipping - arriving in 1 to 3 business days. I figured it should arrive by the following Wednesday. I received it on Friday. I wrote and called. They told me that was three days. I told them it looked like five days. They said the difference was the order processing time. Not what I expected from their promise.

I also didn’t get the product I ordered. I wanted 1000 MG Bioflavonoids. I received C 1000 Bioflavonoids with less than 50 MG of the supplement. The packaging was virtually identical.

I called customer service and they told me no refund on the expedited shipping and I could refund the item if I returned it at my own expense. I called the offer worthless and the rep started yelling at me. I’m 74 years old and I don’t need that and told him I was hanging up.

This was my first time with eVitamins and my last.

If I could give 0 starts I would! E vitamins has completely ignored all of my emails regarding my chase! This is an extreme for of robbery! I need my vitamins as a matter of urgency. I am currently not consuming any as I am waiting for these. It’s not acceptable that I cannot track the delivery and I am feeling rather stressed about the validity of this as I have read lots of reviews online regarding the company! The tracking number seems to be false as there is no tracking available! I need to log a formal complaint and get in touch with somebody senior

Avoid, it's not worth the hassle. Like a lot of other reviews- no email confirmation of order, no contact from company. 1 month on no product, I will be taking a dispute with payment.

I ordered sleep aid, the process was simple and eVitamins had a really competitive price. Less than 2 weeks later my package arrived. I didn’t have to pay any additional taxes or duties. Considering it was an international order that has to go through customs checks, I am more than happy with the time it took, and the fact that I paid just under 20 quid for two bottles of sleep aid and delivery, is a win in my book.

When i track it with fedex my tracking does not exist

I had the pleasure of speaking, with Peter today. I was trying to resolve an issue with an order I was trying to purchase. I will admit I was very flustered and frustrated, but Peter took the time and thoroughly help me resolve the issue. I was very pleased with my service and happy the issue was resolved.

I no longer recommend this company.
I am still waiting for my products after 7 weeks and had to chase down each courier in a long list of couriers they use to see why there was a delay.
And. Despite asking them to please send fastest way possible.
I have since gone straight to manufacturer and not only was it cheaper but also I received the product in 8 days!

I bought a product and when arrived I've noticed that the Expire Date was the next month. I should take this during at least 3 months, at least! Try to contact the Customer Service and of course they didn't reply. I do not recommend eVitamins at all.

They have cheap products because they bought them with a lower Expiration Date. In the end you pay less but you don't use the entire product. Is it worth it? No!

Comprei um produto, quando chegou reparei que no mês seguinte expirava. Deveria tomar este suplemento pelo menos durante 3 meses, pelo menos! Tentei contactar o Serviço ao Cliente e claro que não atenderam. Não recomendo de modo algum a eVitamins.

Os produtos são mais baratos porque eles compram-nos com uma data de validade inferior. No final de contas pagam menos mas não utilizam o produto até ao fim. Compensa?! Não!

Ordered on September 13th and received email confirmation of the order. Two weeks later as I write this, items still hasn't shipped, no emails from them, no returned calls.
Last week there was a pending charge on my credit card from them. That has since disappeared, fortunately.

Avoid this company!!!! My package never got to me, customer service doesn't exist. The first time I used a credit card for a transaction in USD on their site. One month after the purchase, someone tried to buy something in USD from my card several times I had to cancel my credit card!!!! Scammers avoid them.

delivery was good and well packaged however the product odour was horrid rendering it unusable...very disappointed

Disgusted at how a company like @evitamins cheats their overseas customers. Beware as they will rip you off!
They don’t use a proper currency calculator so you pay in Sterling what they charge in Dollars! Also charged me shipping even though I was shipping to the US abs not overseas. This should have been free! When my mom called to have the difference refunded. They made a load of silly excuses that it’s because I ordered on the uk site!

I received my order quickly. The prices are about equal of what I was buying before in the US. (I'm now in France)

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Order placed on April 23, still not shipped today May 26!!! I tried to contact via email, but no answer. This was the only place I used that card and yesterday my bank told me that it was used fraudulous. So yesterday "somebody" used the nr and CVV on that card to pay 75$ twice. When I placed the order on evitamis.com, I was asked to send a picture of the back of the card in order to check the card. I covered the CVV and one could not see the CVV and the number of the card on the picture. But, however, I was stollen yesterday and I am sure that the number of the card was taken from this site. But if they pretend the payment is secure, why all these verifications with pictures of the back??????

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Been charged 3 times for single purchase. I was furious and asked for refund, had to wait days for a it and back and forth communication with them. They also charged me 3 times with small amounts and then asked me what the amount was in order to prove my identity!? Who in the world does that?! Only to buy vitamins. Just move on.

Order arrived for melatonin, no issues my end to be honest. Cheap and simple

Have no idea if they are legit, seem to work.
