Order arrived in acceptable amount if time

I did not have any trouble placing my order and it was received in a timely manner. Have not had to speak to customer service so have no comment for them. Do plan on placing another order soon.

Received my delivery in 2 weeks in Singapore. Quite fast given that it was shipped from the USA directly. Ordering process was very easy and smooth!

Received everything all right, and competitive prices. Took a few weeks, though. OK, I'm in Mexico - but it hadn't been clear that my vitamins are sent from the States! Spanish, prices in Peso, and my search was for 'Vitaminas Mexico'! I had thought Im ordering domestically. Not all supplements are allowed into Mexico, and customs can be tough, so I usually avoid International orders. But all is well that ends well!

Excellent product, fast delivery and safety...

The price of the product is good.
There is still 20 dollar import duties to be paid in the Netherlands. But I ordered the same product through Amazon and that was 40% more expensive.

eVitamins suuuucks. I started taking some Metagenics magnesium glycinate, and I had really good results with it, so I decided to send some to a friend. Well, eVitamins apparently doesn’t allow people to look out for their friends’ well-being, because they flagged my account as being an “unauthorized reseller” of Metagenics products. Over ONE bottle being sent somewhere other than my house. I wrote them a polite e-mail asking them to remove the flag, and I explained that I was gifting a product to a friend. They refused to unlock my account and told me that they would no longer sell me any Metagenics products. Since that was the only reason I was shopping at eVitamins, I no longer do business with them. I guess they don’t like money.

Absolutely disgusted with service. Delays after delays.
They charge you for express delivery, and here is me waiting fir it after a month.

I ordered two bottles of Melatonin 5mg on 9 June 2020.They didn't arrive till September. I was very disappointed with how long the package took to arrive. However I am very pleased with the product. It has been very effective and I want to order more.

Never received my order, that I paid 150 € for. After 3 months it is save to say that I won't receive it anymore.
Absolute disgrace and no real help from customer service.
