Everything in the order is perfect, good quality products, shipped and received on time, all as expected. My only suggestion is regarding the shipping charges, which I paid too much practically the same of the product cost ($20.80), you should expand your carriers options to have available for your customers different shipping charges options. Also, you can negotiate a more cheap prices with your current carrier. Use of the fixed charges box (Priority Mail services) would be more cheap. In my case for a product of less than one pound (295g = 0.65lbs), very small box, I paid $14.70, this charge is too expensive and in the future this will affect my decision making if I buy from your store or your competitors.

Terrible! Ordered and payed for product. When I checked tracking/order status a week later, order hadn't been processed. NOT "delay due to COVID 19". When I contacted company, they said item was now out of stock, but would "ship in 1-2 business days". Nonsense. I checked website again - it showed item still in stock! When I called, they didn't even have a date when it would be delivered from manufacturer, so that "1-2 business days" was just as deceptive as their website. They will gladly take your money for products they don't have and not bother to notify you until YOU call them out on it. Just terrible business practices. At least I got my money refunded so I can take my business elsewhere. Never again!

Ordered from here multiple times to the United Kingdom and they haven't faulted me once. I did notice that shipping costs were much higher on my last order and I hope that'll change back, but they are a reliable company regardless.

I was able to find vitamins I could not find elsewhere and get them delivered quickly. Excellent service.

I ordered vitamins from eVitamins and never got them! After contacting eVitamins, they simply referred me to the delivery service, who in turn said they delivered them (which, again, is not true). eVitamins provided no support at all, and were just satisfied with passing the buck on to someone else. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because I understand there's a pandemic, and so it's not "business as usual". Still, you're better off giving your business to someone else.

Ordering of CandiBactin-AR and -BR was easy and best price found, delivery was faster than expected. Will check here again for my supplement needs.

The delivery time was excessive then the items could not be delivered as there was a Royal Mail handling fee as well as customs to pay, ended up being far more expensive buying from eVitamins. Very disappointed

My experience with evitamins has been without wrinkles. The only glitch I encountered was in delivery time, having to wait fairly long for my vitamins. I believe this was caused by the shipping company however. Cost was within bounds, I have yet to order further so the above is the extent of my experience. I do hope to investigate prices more fully because evitamins MAY indeed be a Cost effective source for supplements etc.

Great product reasonably priced and responsive delivery

We switched to eVitamins when another provider drastically increased the cost on a supplement we had been buying for years. EVitamins sells it at a reasonable price and is easy to buy from. They Emailed that they shipped it the next day. It does take a little longer to get here even after paying $4.99 To get it in 3-5 days it took 6 days. They were also very helpful when an issue took place on our last order and helped us get our product sooner. Overall a great company to work with so far.

Great service, good products, honest about delivery times but shipping is not cheap but worth it

Placed an order Aug 12, it is now Aug 25. Still no order. Tracking says it was misdelivered. This has nothing to do with COVID delivery delays.

I was amazed at how fast I received my order. Easy checkout also.
