I absolutely love the HI Standard snowboarding boots, they’re extremely comfy and form to my feet well. Keep me warm and dry and make me have peace of mind on the mountain knowing I look and feel great. Would definitely buy again

Customer service lies about offering free returns, so please check their website on that. Also, they ship slowly and you cannot cancel if it has been more than an hour

It was a fast delivery and the product was great

The item appears to be defective as the sleeve pocket protrudes at top — perhaps that is why it was offered on sale, but I would not have bought had I known. I own a similar style Patagonia with a sleeve pocket and it lies flat. The green color is beautiful, and it is warm.

I ordered a $520 Large jacket for an upcoming trip, but a Medium was delivered instead. Because of the timing, I now don’t have the jacket I needed for the trip and I’m down 520$.

I understand mistakes happen — what matters is how they’re handled. Unfortunately, the response time has been slow and the proposed resolution hasn’t addressed the urgency of the situation or the inconvenience caused.

At this point, the most reasonable outcome would be a prompt refund so I can replace the item elsewhere. A fast, customer-focused resolution would go a long way in showing that Evo values its customers when something goes wrong, not just when everything goes smoothly.

My case is still open, and I hope Evo resolves it appropriately

The $600 snowboard they sent me gash in it. Our customer support team that I can return it unless I ride it. I have a weeklong trip that I spent thousands on I need a board. So I can either pay for full price for a damaged snowboard or I could rent a board and pay $100s to rent a worse board for the week. What were they going to do sell this damaged board at full price to the next guy? This is a lame choice to force on me.

My order arrived quickly. The staff helped fit my boots and gave great advice on how to break them in. Also fit them in my bindings in the service departent. Quality equipment and great sale prices.

These wool toe socks liners are exactly what I needed for a day of snowboarding. My toes never really got cold but they would always feel sweaty. These socks let me feel dry and warm while riding up the lift.

I wish these were available in the store but I was able to have them shipped quickly.

The order was fraudulent. Charged to my credit card. I reported it to security on my credit card card, but only after a week or so, when I called your company did you admit it was fraudulent. Took you a while, and I had to replace my credit card, and notify every payee on that card.
I’m not impressed with your company.
I don’t recommend you.
