We paid for expedited shipping to have the items 1/31. There was a shipping issue because the card holder was different from the name on the order. The card holder called and got it sorted out. We asked for our shipping money back since it wasn't going to arrive when we needed it. They were very good and said don't worry we refunded the charge and are expediting it further to arrive on 1/31. Later that day, I got an email it wasn't going to arrive until 2/3. I received another email that its now arriving 2/5. I really need it by this weekend. I want conformation we got our shipping money back since it never arrived on 1/31. Thank you! Staff was very nice.

These skis are so much freakin' fun that I bought another set for my daughter. They are subpar in East Coast ice, but I have yet to find other conditions they don't love.

I love Evo because all my items made it to me quickly and in tact! Even more than that, I love how easy it was to check out. I also looked into their return policy/process and it is just as seemless!

I ordered the 686 Badtzmaru mittens for snowboarding, and wish I could tell you they were amazing but unfortunately, I got a completely different glove brand/size. And now since I have to return the wrong item, evo is charging me shipping fees, PLUS the glove i actually wanted is no longer available. So I lost money & never got my item.

Process was easy and smooth. Really like the packages offered. Was also really impressed with the experienced customer service reps that provided knowledge advice helping a newer rider to make the right equipment decisions
