The zipper of the Scicon Aerocomfort 3.0 Triathlon broke on the first flight and 2 straps just torn when using them

The shop sent brake discs only packed in plastic bag (for international shipping!) which caused them to bend during transport.
They wanted to blame the manufacturer at first. They dont have any more of this brake discs, asked for refund, got refunded only for discs and not for the shipping, although they clearly did a bad job with the packaging. I did not return the discs cause I didn't like them - I have to returned them because they were bent as a result of bad packaging! Support is incompetent. I speak more Italian than they speak English (I'm Polish).

Everything worked perfectly fine. Lucky to find exactly the bike model I was looking for (wasn't that easy) and got it delivered to Switzerland. Excellent handling of my order, fast, transparent and well structured process, I got all questions answered.

Reveived my bike in a very short time. Well packed.
I am very happy with all the features of the bike as well as its quality. Only the electronic display does not allow to see which mode is displayed, especially when it is sunny, and does not correspond to the photi/notice reveived. I shall see why.

Used this shop a few times used to be good. However the problem is with the mechanic side of the business which absolutely sucks. They rarely respond until you send about 10 messages when they finally bother to reply. The work done was ok so decided to use them again but again I don't get a reply so end up using another company. Its not hard to reply to people and comes across as rude.

Bike is all good, some bolts have come loose (which is normal), however i did not receive the manual for the bike so i don't know what the torque is on the bolts.

If you buy a brand new bike for almost 3k you'd expect a manual or service book to be able to take care of it
