Found information/tracking to be unreliable
Delivery expected on the Tuesday. Told a delay then on Friday tracking showed ‘out for delivery’.Sunday, still nothing. Fortunately WAYFAIR agreed to refund me.
EVRI needs to improve their tracking system and show what is really happening with deliveries.
NB Claire from customer services never did get back to me.

Great service time and again
