Great Customer Support

I had to contact their support many months after a purchase.

The customer service representative Marlon was very helpful. He was prompt to respond, dealt with queries and kept me constantly informed of what's going on. Fantastic customer service and a resolution.

Excellent Customer service

I have used Exertis for the first time to order an X-box Series X last year. I received the goods in a timely fashion and recently had an issue with my device, I dealt with a person named Marlon, they had great customer service and truly seemed to take my concerns and issues to heart. The issue was sorted satisfactorily in a very fast manner, and I couldn't be happier with the service offered or the customer service I got from Marlon. We need more people like them in the world.

Used Exertis for around 3 months

Used Exertis for around 3 months. OK pricing but got a number of orders wrong which really upset clients. On top of this, they don't remove returned orders from your statement unless you chase them and get them to do it; apparently this is their normal process? Confusing back end for invoicing and order tracking. Removed our credit limit without any notice or reason. Will never be using Exertis for our clients orders again.

Still Waiting on Refund After Nearly 2 Weeks

Bought a £1000 laptop from Exertis through Argos. The delivery company failed to send me a pickup code to collect it until I'd called Exertis on two separate occasions. When I got the laptop it was defective - it wouldn't switch on. I tried returning it at 3 separate pickup points (each pickup point had suggested going to a different one) but eventually had to arrange a pickup from home. Customer service told me they would arrange to swap out the laptop for a working one when it was collected, however this didn't happen. They collected the faulty machine and delivered nothing. I called them after two days and was told the person who I spoke to before was wrong and I'd need to wait up to 7 days from them receiving the return to find out when I'd get the fixed laptop. I cancelled the order that day and bought a different laptop. I thought this ordeal was over when the new laptop arrived but 6 days after cancelling, the cancelled laptop arrived at my door as well. My money has not been refunded and Argos customer support tell me it can't be initiated until Exertis has their laptop back in their possession. Exertis has not bothered to arrange this. Exertis has wasted so much of my time from failed promises, poor communication and basic errors over the last month and they still have my £1000.

Don't buy for Christmas

They advertise an offer of £20,99 p/month for an Xbox Series S with a game pass. Took advantage of the offer for a Christmas gift but on set up it doesn't work. They have only an email address for support and suggest a factory reset as a solution, which didn't work.
Poor show for a Christmas gift that doesn't work.
They payment seems to work fine though, they got that part right!

No reply. Impossible to get through to.

Not responding to phone calls or emails or phone calls about my Samsung washing machine order. Have spent days trying to get through. I will have to accept a washing machine I do not want, as I have none, and my money is tied up with this company now. How am I supposed to get a refund if I can't get through?

Attention for small business.
Avoid this company as much as you can. After purchase, if anything goes wrong with your product or any dispute you will be left over like you were never their customer even though you are their business partner for a long time. Shameless and unfortunate, Not to forget it is a proven discriminative company (Case Ref: Exertis Vs K Sidhu). They will ruin your business in one transection.

Appalling communication and customer support - avoid

Bought an expensive Netgear Orbi 4 bundle from this company. A Bitdefender Armor subscription, purchased at inflated cost at the time of purchase, was never activated, and despite contacting them and Netgear repeatedly, after 3 weeks it has still not been activated. Appaling customer service. Steer well clear.

Problem resolved

If it wasn't for Marlon from customer service this review would have been a 1 star.

I received a device which was not to a standard that I would expect. However the response I received was second to none. Instead of being questioned to death, Marlon resolved the issues in a swift manner which turned around my experience completely.
