Good Option

Very pleased with the whole experience, and like many people I was struggling to purchase an Xbox X due to demand. Then I stumbled on this website and after carefully reading everything the deal was very good especially considering the inflated prices of some private sellers. I considered myself so lucky to have found a genuine link, so with the cost of the console and ultimate package was very reasonable. The cost was spread over 2 years which made the deal very affordable. The items was delivered after about 3 days with no issues. Setting up the device was challenging but this is Microsoft to be honest. The ultimate package that my Xbox came with was superb and excellent value for money. Overall very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend to other customer's.

Parcel was lost in the post, dismissed by customer service

Parcel was lost in the post, DHL claimed it was delivered but their evidence was a picture of a parcel outside my front door - in plain view from the road. Exertis sided with DHL and claimed that this was proof of delivery - without signature. Since then, they have ignored my communications with them and decided the case is closed. I’m out close to £700. Disgusting. I’ve spoken to a customer service team leader (who will remain nameless but I’m sure anyone who has a dealing with them will understand the issues I’ve faced) who has completely dismissed it. It’s outrageous.

In response to the reply - the ‘solution’ offered was to go to the payment provider and raise a dispute, which I had already done before that was then dismissed by Exertis - NOT a solution just shifting the blame and sending me on a wild goose chase. Do not trust this company.

Failed on every bit of customer care

I placed my order on new years eve 2021. I received an email confirming my order. It stated that I would receive further information regarding my delivery date and I would get text message from the courier on the day with a time slot. Pretty standard stuff. I heard nothing so I emailed their customer care,automated reply,I would hear from them within 48 hours.48 hours came and went, nothing,so I emailed again,48 hours,nothing, emailed a third time......same damn response. I was leaving for work a week later when a white van pulled up with a box......guess what? My xbox. So no delivery date given and no text message giving me a time slot. I wrote this off as a bad experience. Then about a week later I received 3 emails from customer care saying sorry for the delay but we have looked into your query and your delivery has been made....no sh!t sherlock. If I hadn't have been in that day would a card have been left? If it had gone to the wrong address I wouldn't have known.every thing they said they would do,they failed on.pretty p!$$ POOR imo.
