Delivery delayed and eventually cancelled

Ordered a record, expected delivery 3-4 days. After two weeks still nothing. Contacted them to get an update, expected delivery time in another 14+ days, however order gets cancelled and refunded after 10 days..

Super customer service.

Super customer service and fast delivery!

I ordered two hand warmers in early December and received only one, I went on vacation so I didn't get to see if I received it later but it never came. I contacted support and told them the situation. In mid January and I got in contact with Vaisnavy Jeyaruban. I was shortly after sent the secend one that hadn't been delivered free of charge!

All in all a super experience!

Do not buy there!

Customer service is horrible in Basel Store. After buying a tiptoi stift two months ago, it was damaged. I have been to the shop twice for help, the first time they sent me to contact Ravensburger directly, which I can't do because Ravensburger don't deal with private individuals. And the second time they took the stift in their shop suggesting they would send it to the central office and they would get back to me by emails, two months later there has been no response and I have called the Central office because there was no service from the shop staff. And to my surprise they say they know nothing about the stift, I have proof and photos that they received it in shop. I bought the device in the shop in Basel. What a bad service, just asking for attention and support for a purchase. The old lady at the front desk was rude and haughty.

Amendments to Delivery dates

I ordered a guide book on Sunday 6 august. The web site said "Habituellement expédié sous 2 à 4 jours ouvrés".
On the next Tuesday, it was amended to "Habituellement expédié sous 5 à 7 jours ouvrés". This is clearly dishonest as customers order based on a delivery date in 2 to 4 days and in fact the product will only be available after 5 or 7 days.
Furthermore, there is a message saying "Si vous avez des questions, vous pouvez nous joindre au moyen de notre formulaire de contact" but then the page of the Formulaire de contact does not exist!!!

All good in the end :)

Hi!
I ordered a book and didn’t receive it, paid for it with Twint. The paiement was effected done. I don’t find any confirmation mail for my order now, a month after. I sent a request with their contact form, no confirmation. I tried their hotline, a voice says at the beginning that the waiting time will be at least 20 minutes.
So I hold on.
And after 17 minutes without anyone answering, it hung up.
I don’t think I will ever be able to contact them to get either my book or a refund.

Edit1: got a response very fast after writing this review above, telling that it might just take some more time, it seems that I have been too impatient. I ll come back here to edit once I get my order.

Just got my book :)
So it was long, and no possible communication with them, but it arrived and it’s all good.

Ordered a book

Ordered a book, it told me 3 times that I returned it to them even though I actually never received it. Also ordered a vinyl that was supposed to be delivered in a week, it says they are now out of stock and I have no clue what to expect. Their customer service is not helping at all and they send answers from templates without really reading the issue.

Avoid buying from this website

I ordered an item that was in stock. Three weeks later I have no news regarding my order. I had to write a couple of emails until a get a response. The response I got was that they don't know when the item will be delivered. I still don't know if I will ever receive the item. Avoid buying from them, waste of time and money.

Ordered a present, not delivered

Ordered a present. Website said delivered in 1-3 days.
No notification nothing, after 5 days when calling them they said they're gonna ask their supplier and I should then get an update message within another couple of days.

So, after approx. 10 days I will probably be notified they still don't have it and the birthday which this present was for will be long gone.
How hard would it be to keep a clean count of items ready to ship and show it on the website?

Suckers. Order somewhere else.

Sadly, I ordered my first/only novel through exlibris.

I ordered my first/only novel through Exlibris. They wanted to sell me lots of additional services - which I declined - I write papers for learned journals with my partner, so do proof-reading at PhD level. My novel is titled 'Wilma' and is by Bob Sunman. Exlibris omitted the 'by', leaving the listing as 'Wilma Bob Sunman'. Result? It is unfindable because it is not clearly named. I complained. Result? No interest at all: no apology; no refund; no corrected reprint. My advice ? Try anybody else but NOt ex libris.

I would give a zero if possible.
i ordered a book that was supposed to arrive between 2-4 weeks.
as it is this is a long time for a book but I accepted it because the price was good.
well, it turns out that it is good because the book never arrives....after 5 weeks, the book is still not arrived and when I wrote to the customer service, they replied that apparently their supplier does not know when he can deliver! for a book that is regularly published! I requested a refund and in the meantime they had my money for 5 weeks. Imagine they do that with 50% of the client, how much money can be made "a la madoff"....
