They dont deliver to your address, they dont call you, they just drop the parcel to one of their pickup locations.

A disaster of a delivery service! Definitely the worst delivery service I've had problems with for half a year and I filed a report with the market inspectorate because they can't do their job. They dump all the packages either in a parcel machine, or a newsagent, or even at Petrol, so that you pay extra for the services. They don't deliver any packages to the address for which you paid for the postage.
Some time ago I already had things in my cart in a Slovenian online store, when I saw that they had Express One delivery, I didn't order anything.
If possible, don't use their services because you will be disappointed.

Second time we have problems with their delivery! This time package is marked as delivered but nobody received the package…

Last few months they have stopped delivering to the customer's address. They are dropping the packages at random pick-up points all over the town.

This morning courier called me that he will deliver the package from Shein and I told him that my father is at home and he will take the parcel. He said OK.
Then around 1 hour later, I received an email stating that no one was at home and the package is waiting for me at the gas station Petrol. I have called the courier and he told me that no one was at home and in fact my father was. So after arguing with him and told him that I will complain, he dropped the phone on me!
I am going to to file a complaint to Shein and ask them to change the delivery company. Never again expressone Slovenia.

Since November, packages addressed to my home address have not been delivered to my door at all. Instead, couriers routinely dump the parcels into parcel lockers, often without notice and frequently into lockers at different locations.

Very disappointing delivery experience.
My package was supposed to arrive yesterday, but it never showed up. I am still waiting today, with no update or explanation. What makes it even more frustrating is that the tracking information shows the package stuck in the exact same location the whole time, without any movement.

There is no communication, no delay notification, nothing. If you provide a delivery date, you should at least inform customers when you fail to meet it. This is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I expected much better service.

The worst service ever. Giving them even one star is too much. Dropped off my package at the neighbour's house without notifying either me or them. Lucky for me I have honest neighbours who brought me the package. I hope to never deal with them again.

One star is too high. A delivery can't be marked as "delivered" unless it was indeed delivered. Otherwise it's undelivered. Period. Why is that basic, simple task so hard to execute ? Ufff ... This company must change its logistics. Or it won't last. And now I saw google reviews !!! Omg. How low an intelect of a management is are those reviews there. Paying for fake reviews rather then address the problem ? No, no, this is doomed. For sure.

Express One managed to fail at the most basic task: delivering a package.

The delivery window was a ridiculous 08:00–18:00 (an entire workday), yet instead of delivering to a pickup location as instructed, they created a new delivery. The driver then received the package and marked it “undeliverable” within 5 minutes. Five. Minutes.

No attempt to deliver. No contact. No explanation. Just instant failure and wasted time.

This is not logistics, this is negligence. If you cannot follow simple delivery instructions or even attempt a delivery, you should not be operating as a courier service. Completely unreliable and a total waste of time. And this is not the first time!

Avoid if you value your sanity!!!!

Update: Back and forth on email and phone…., no help, no solution, they even claim they don’t have an address and phone number although both is stated in their own update email, lies and deflection - after asking when they plan to deliver, the answer was maybe today, maybe tomorrow. Unbelievable! Their Customer Service is going so far to use derogatory language!

They re-routed my parcel to a postbox without my approval. Now I have to drive into the city to pick it up. They are the courier, they should drive!! Lazy, incompetent

I'll make a point of asking sellers in the future whether the courier will be Express One and if it is, I'll not order at all.

A delivery arrived to Slovenia 7 days ago and was handed over to the Slovenian branch of Express One.

As I haven't received anything, despite paying some 10 euro for express delivery, I contacted them yesterday.

I was informed the package was marked as delivered a week ago at 21:40, which is really funny in itself, but they promised that they'll check and get back to me.

Nobody got back to me so I called again today and was told the package was left in the courtyard.

Explained it wasn't and was promised the driver will be informed and presumably contact me.

Didn't happen.

No proof of delivery (photo of the package on doorstep) was provided and I have not received any SMS messages on the day of supposed delivery or later.

I've requested refund from the seller. What a sham of a delivery service.

Worst delivery service ever. Total disaster. I bought a product with paid shipping to my address and even though I was at home, they took it directly to Petrol store without my consent and illegally charged me additional shipping. At Petrol, the saleswoman was frustrated because a courier has left so many packages at once that she can’t reach the payment desk. Another day I'm waiting at home for a package with sensitive electronics and the courier takes it directly to the parcel locker at -5 degrees. A rating of 1 is too much. This company should be closed down.

This is the worst delivery service in the country, they don't deliver packages to your home even though you wait for them all day, but they leave them at a random gas station so you have to drive there and pay extra to pick them up

People it all depends on where you bought stuff and how much you payed for the shiping. The package gets prepared by the vendor you buy from, and they are the ones responsible for bad packaging and mistakes in the documentation.

Courier service is the easies one to blame because they handled your package last, and you blindly trust the vendor, not knowing the vendor misprinted the adress and your name.

I am glad that we are still dealing with people, yes the package may be a bit shitty recived but remeber EXPRESS ONE is shipping only the cheap deals, dicoutned and bought from china.

when i buy stuf from SILUX ( slovenian car parts dealer) I alwas get crispy packages and not even a scracth on the cardboard.

Pure chaos in Slovenia delivery company since july/avgust this year. Stop working or start working. Your choice...

Very bad delivery service

I received 4 packages with Express One — and none of them were delivered to my address. Every time, the courier left the package at a gas station without any notice.

I once called the call center and asked for home delivery. They said it would be delivered, but later I just got a message that it was at the gas station.

This morning, the courier called me with one short ring and hung up. When I called back and asked for delivery, he started shouting, swearing, and refused to deliver the package. Very rude and aggressive behavior (courier name Marsel)

Very disappointed with Express One Celje. I do not recommend this service.

Box arrived damaged. notified the seller and they told me to take it up with the postal company.. Notified the postal company and they told me I have to take it up with the seller because the package "wasn't marked as damaged" (no shit)

Profesional service

I mean.. I guess everyone has the same experience. Must agree that this is the worst shipping company in Slovenia. They got my package from Amazon through Austrian Post and they didn’t send me any notification that they took over the delivery, nor have I recieved any message that they are going to deliever a package to me.. so I had to do the research through amazon where my package actually was. They at least answered the phone, we agreed that I’ll pick up the package personally, got the address and a phone number, but they didn’t answer, I couldn’t find the adress location… eventually after 2 hours I got my package but this was overall really frustrating.. I wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t decided to search for my package… I think it’s better to close this buisness for good.
