Silly me forgot to add my apartment…

Silly me forgot to add my apartment number to my order. It was returned. I spoke to Wyatt and he was very helpful in getting my package/order back on its way to me. Thanks dude!

This daddy and his subs love this equipment

I have been purchasing from those company for quite some time. I bought the extreme obedience chair. And the wood is particle board which the screws had already fallen out of. Was very frustrating that I couldn't just order a pedestal to replace it. Luckily I know woodworking and leather working so I fixed it myself because they were going to make me ship the entire thing back. Customer service went above and beyond to help me out gave me a credit.

One suggestion I would add is to be able to enlarge the pictures and zoom in when ordering what other than that good job

I accidentally put in the wrong address

I accidentally put in the wrong address for my order and even though things were a nightmare with fedex the company made it easy to deal with on their end and even upgraded my shipping for my replacement order. Wyatt was amazing through all of this!

Negative review of dangerous product not allowed

There is a product which is genuinely dangerous, but my review of said product was suppressed. It contains uncovered PVC Pipe that will absolutely cut you to shreds.

They will try to keep your money once they have it. Buyer beware.

The company has a wonky return policy. They will only allow store credit and not a refund, and will charge a 20% disposal fee (this makes sense.) It will take you through hoops to insist on your refund especially if you insist that you don't want anything from the website.

After many email exchanges, and then better with the chat communication, and haggling with them, they ended up giving me an refund exception. This reduced the time I'd spend on disputing it with PayPal. You do need to pay for shipping costs and the disposal fee. This includes unopened products like lube (if it is over $10). If the money is important to you, don't cut your losses and give up when they refuse to give your money back. Keep pushing it. I do know that after I told them i read reddit reviews as other website reviews about their company, as well as their product reviews looking like they were fake and questionable, that is when they offered my refund. So, just do the work if you really aren't satisfied with your purchase. If you like it, then keep it. It gets two stars because I got my refund and the rep who helped me out was cordial all throughout the process.

Worse Experience, Liars, Scammers

One of the worse experiences ever. So on 2/13 I place and order for 2 day shipping….which means it should be there on 2/15-2/16….however since it took time over a day to package and ship its now arriving 2/17 which isn’t 2 day shipping.

I paid extra for a reason…so I could get it before a certain day….. not for these guys to take their sweet time to ship it….and then say “we have a policy that orders after 1pm get pushed to the next day” sooo even if by your standards you shipping on 2/14 then 2 day shipping still gets it to me by 2/16….that’s not 2 day shipping then jerks…so scamming people.

So it’s like burning money bc they don’t honor it, won’t refund me the shipping fee or cancel my order.

On top of that they have the WORSE customer service ever.

BC they are so horrible and don’t care about customers I am making it a mission to post what happened everywhere and nonstop too.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Rough handling of carrier

Had a bottle of product that came damaged and contacted them not expecting to be replaced and talk about quick response and also sending another bottle of the product that was obviously was damaged by carrier handling.So what customer service is that and a company that stood up and satisfied their customer and their products way to go

Customer service that guarantees to frustrate…

Why offer a friendly satisfaction guarantee if you hold my refund hostage and only give me a store credit?

It seems nonsensical that I would remain in a business relationship with a company whose practices I prefer not to deal with.

First, the product arrived in a reasonable time, and it was packaged in a reasonable way. I ordered 12 products and only decided to keep four of them and sought a refund. After speaking with a number of customer service representative to secure an RMA number I learned that I could not get a refund I would have to pay a restocking fee. The unused product would be destroyed, and I would only get a store credit.

Simply crazy.

Of course, Jocelyn pointed me to all the good company documentation about your policies that protect your interests. Your policies do not -at all- protect my interest. Also, the policies are not consistent with competitor companies. I am stuck with you. I’d prefer to do business comp I choose. Based on my initial interaction, I will simply sever my relationship with you.

But I can’t!

I am now required to reach back out to you if I want to use the 40% of money remaining from my refund I was given on the returns I made. Not interested.

Unfortunately, I have learned a valuable lesson about ordering from companies whose reputation is unknown to me, but are good at presenting themselves with a slick and really positive marketing campaign.

Buyer beware!

I warn you again - Buyer. Be. Ware.

Update - the responding customer service team at extreme restraints asked me to use the same inept and condescending customer service representative to remedy my concern. I would not spend another second of my time, talking to the people who do not value my business. What generally happens in this situation is my specific concerns won’t be addressed what the company does is double down on the policies that gave me the most concern and simply say that’s our policy.

Buyer. Be. Ware.

Selling toys to children is not okay…

Selling toys to children is not okay very inappropriate for my other children to open and see coming to my home due to the fact that this company does not check IDs or verify that a child is truly 18 and above my 15 year old ordered A 11 inch you know what showed up at my house. very very very very bad .
