No tracking number (Solved)

Bought a toy, but yet still have not received a tracking number after 48 hours, as it says it would. (Just received the email after a couple of days saying it has been shipped and I received the tracking number, depending on when you order is when you'll receive a tracking number and email.)

Needed to return some items (on me not them). Returns were handled courteously and promptly per the return policy and when I went to use the store credit, that went great too. Nothing but good experiences here.

Amazing again

Once again this company has Amazing customer service as the error on shipping was my fault yet Araceli in CS got my order redirected and actually saved me money. Great products and even better service. Ask for Araceli as she will get it done and make you smile with her pleasant attitude!

Pay back shipping wasn't said or known…

Pay back shipping wasn't said or known upfront. I never knew I would have to pay return shipping. I'll never buy from extreme restraints again and will say that that is the worst product ever. I'll be sure that everybody will know about this company's sleezy selling methods. What was in the picture wasn't delivered. extreme restraints is a sham. I'll report this scam to the DA in CA for fraud and misleading advertising.

They ask for a screenshot of your bank

Never ever had a company ask for a screenshot of my bank account to prove that I had paid this seems incredibly dodgy! The money was refunded when I refused to do this though. Despite the refund this is absolutely unacceptable and never use extreme restraints because of this.

Over night shipping is BS

I paid the over night shipping rate… guess what, it’s not coming overnight. What’s the point of paying the highest shipping rate to have package delivered the same time if I hadn’t paid for it to be delivered overnight?

My now preferred adult store

I’ve ordered several times from extreme restraints and I love it. I is to be heavily invested into Adam and Eve but they always left me wanting something more. Extreme restraints definitely is more, in a good way. This most recent transaction there was an issue with shipping and the process to get this resolved was extremely easy and pleasant. Thank you!

Hands down, just a great company!
