Can’t review item as it never turned up. Don’t waste your time, sent multiple emails with no response, luckily got my money back via bank. Can’t tell whether the company is no longer active despite payments going through or they’re just con artists

Does not work as it shows, or explains, currently waiting for a refund, would not advise purchasing!!!

Never got my product, awaiting full refund

Load of rubbish. I tried this in replacement for my pug and cat as my much loved Furminator was falling apart. Its the worst decision I could of made, waste of money! Spend the extra and get a furminator not this load of rubbish!

So I purchased this product after seeing advertising.its arrive on time and for that 2stars .overpriced for what it's. not really working on my 2pomeranians.i can take more hair with Normal brush than ezzygroom.

The brush doesn’t work. We have a corgi and it didn’t do nothing at all. Returns have to be chased up otherwise you won’t get your money back - we didn’t . The customer service is terrible, kept telling me ‘we haven’t received it’ though we had a tracking saying the brush had been delivered. In the end we never got the refund back. I’ve been blocked on everything so please avoid for your own peace of mind.

After seeing the hype about this advertised we decided to get one for our super fluffy ragdoll cat. This arrived and found this was appalling, a hacksaw blade in a cheap block of wood 😀. Did nothing at all for our cat didn't get one bit of fur. So disappointing especially with what you charge. False advertising and so dangerous!

It does not work and it's also a dangerous looking product! it's a blade glued into a piece of wood!

There are some pretty bad reviews here. Mine is not.
It took about 3 weeks to come yes and once it arrived I did notice it was a blade in a piece of wood 😅 but it really does work.
I thought I'd be able to attach a picture but I can't figure that out. Anyways the picture is literally of my big rottweiler lying down with a pile of hair the same size next to her! Not even exaggerated lol
So no complaints from me other than it took a while to come

This product is not fit for purpose. Poor quality fake wood with what looks like an old saw blade. Doesn’t remove any loose fur. I am sending my product back.

BE WARNED!!!! Ordered one of these for our cat. recieved and found out that it is nothing more than a block of wood with an old hacksaw blade stuck to it.

DO NOT BUY!!! Being a blade i am guesssing it may cut your animal and possibly cause an infection!

Just received the grooming tool, like most people have not read the comments before. I have the wire coat tool for my Lab and yes it works. But it is just a hacksaw blade (teeth) in a piece of wood very over priced for what it is.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I’m so disappointed with this company I bought they brush in August I have very high hopes, then I received it as I was horrified with what I had got all it was a jig saw blade that was all chipped stuck to a bit of wood, when I messaged them about returning it they didn’t even ask why I want to return it or if they could help the matter , I sent it off and it is now 3/4 weeks ago I sent this brush back and I still haven’t had a refund, I messaged them asking when I could be getting a refund they couldn’t give me a straight answer, don’t bother wasting your money, then when you want to complain they block you from they Facebook page so you can’t comment

Absolute junk dont even get 1 piece of hair off my German shepherd. A piece of wood with a haxsaw blade in it. Waste of money .just tat . Took 3 weeks to arrive as well

Don’t know how well it works - the brush never turned up!

Not had the same experience as other reviewers - I emailed them as it had been 15 business days and they said there was a delay due to Corona (pretty quick reply) , I got the brush the next day. It's the only brush I've purchased that's worked for my double coated dog.

STAY CLEAR . Never ever received my item 5 weeks in . . Shocking customer service

Customer service absolutely shocking. So rude. Would not tell be the dispatch date having waited almost 2 wks. Gives tracking number that doesn’t work. The nxt day it worked so they only just dispatched. Said I have to wait 5-15 days. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Apparently the item is rubbish. I saw advert on fb and ordered that way. Why spend so much on advertising and then Offer terrible customer service.

Absolutely pathetic service, my item didnt arrive so I emailed to tell them. I got told "It is not our fault that the post office did not deliver the package to you, we sent it to the address you gave us"

Customer service is disgusting I wouldnt bother with this company!
